I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never received such personal and professional care. Mariana went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Absolutely no complaints about staff, facilities or location for an all-inclusive. Possibly overpriced compared with similar options.

Animation is good and the show programs are interesting. The sports activies are done nicely and the children are happy.

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later. I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

Saunas wasn't hot at all, steam sauna was closed and the salt room was on permanent"desinfection".At reception was a long queue customers...

Hotel was nice. During cleaning they even collect a child toy and put them on sleeping bad. As a problem some times fruit was not fresh. In general very good hotel and staff

Very clean, spacious and bright room, soulful spa. Breakfast is not very good.

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool.

Overall I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, it is located in a green area, one pool was warm (as I understood they change the water once a week, pour warm water and by the end of the week it is no longer so warm). The food is not super varied, especially salads, but fresh, there were meat, baked or boiled vegetables, sweets. The ice cream was running out quickly. Breakfast was the same every...

Very nice hotel with perfect position. Two times this year, and we will repeat later in the year for sure. Big park view from the room and 200 m. from the sea for other site. Warm mineral water inside and outside. Quiet place, but near the centre, good for young and old families.

Good hotel to stay The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04.05.24 We also had 2 sunny days. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table. Accommodation in H Palas, on the 1st floor, all large rooms, new furnitshed.

A good hotel which was close to a couple of supermarkets, nearby restaurants and easy walk to bus stops.

Good Location A little outdated interiors but very nice staff and great location in the area. Had a wonderful stay.
