This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well). Everything is close by. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive. Recommended.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. All facilities from ironing to spa available but not included in the room price So it is the case of parking (20 leva/10 euros per day).

Wonderful hotel, really conveniently located in the centre of the city and still only 25 minutes from the airport. The selection for breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly and the rooms well equipped. I'd definitely stay again.

At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, a little further out from the Gondola but the shuttle bus service is spot on. It’s a short which is actually quite nice on the legs after a full day of skiing.. Staff are super friendly, Spa is beautiful - worth going for the Spa alone! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed there for a week. We had booked an apartment with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The pullout sofa was super crooked and uncomfortable and made a terrible noise at the slightest body movement, my baby girl kept waking up every time I sat down or moved in bed. This hotel is not 4*. It doesnt offer anything extra, it has the bare minimum to be considered average all inclusive hotel. A lot of furniture is quite old and not very fresh. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the way it looks. The beach is a bit far, but there are minibuses every hour. The alternative is the pool, large and clean, with an exceptional animation team. Lots of activities, prizes, fun. We liked it.

Spacious, well decorated room with good sized bed and mattress. However, room got stuffy at night and air con wasn’t really working. Breakfast was good in terms of spread but the room needs more tables - or separate the bigger tables as it was hard to find seating during the weekend at 8.30am… location was great next to the metro and an easy walk to Vitosha Boulevard.

The hotel's location is truly central in Sofia. It's close to the main business district, and Vitosha Blvd, with all its restaurants, is within walking distance. I had no complaints about the hotel facilities; they were perfectly satisfactory. I personally opted for a breakfast-included plan, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, especially with salads and other vegetables.

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food. A big plus is the inside parking area.

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect. Very friendly staff and nice rooms

I’m going there to play squash, because there are two courts in the hotel. Not sure about everything else, but the courts are good enough. The restaurants inside the complex are also nice.

If it weren’t for the stench from the nearby sewage treatment plant, the sea full of algae, and the lack of more organized infrastructure such as a promenade or sidewalks, this place would be beautiful.

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It must be a new hotel. The facilities are also new. It is very convenient to be next to a supermarket. The front desk service is good. The check-out was two hours late on the last day. Thank you very much. I hope to come again in the future.

They don't clean the room every day, and even if they do, they don't change the towels. That's really not good.

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars. Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive).
