Big rooms, good breakfasts, the ski room is quite small and not enough warm. The cleaning is only to change towels and make the bed. The transportation to the gondola is not working like what they show at the front desk , you will have to go by foot. The rooms are quite big with a little kitchen

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

A good value for money option. The location is convenient, with the Gondola just 350 meters away, which is a big advantage. The room is a bit small, but it is compensated by a beautiful view and a balcony. The staff were very kind and friendly, both at the reception and in the breakfast area. We had a great stay at Kap House Hotel. The room was warm and clean and the offer of a jacuzzi was much appreciated. Although we did not utilise this, they even offered in-house massage for £30 per hour. My friends and I spent almost a week there. We went snowboarding and found this little gem of an apartment to stay in.
