After experiencing Ritz-Carlton executive lounges in Sanya, Nanjing, and Chengdu, I felt that the variety of offerings at the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street's executive lounge was a bit limited, with a high repetition rate, and the lack of a live cooking station was a bit disappointing. The room facilities are a little dated, but considering the hotel has been open for quite some time, this was expected. However, the room was clean and tidy, the air was fresh, the bedding was very comfortable, and the Diptyque amenities were all well-stocked.

I had heard that this Ritz-Carlton was older and was mentally prepared for it. However, the moment I opened the room door, I was still stunned. I couldn't believe such a small, old room cost 1500 a night.
Welcome fruit was only sent after I requested it at the front desk. It was just some cheap fruit, and the fruit platter itself was a bit dirty with unwashed stains.
The bed was very low, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The room was also tiny. Everything felt old. The bathroom was slightly more opulent.
What infuriated me the most was that I left my pajamas in the hotel. Two days later, when I remembered and called the hotel, they said they had received them but couldn't contact me because I booked through Trip.com. I find it hard to believe such a large corporation couldn't reach me. Finally, they said they would send them via SF Express with payment on delivery, which left me utterly disappointed, shocked, and angry. I never expected to bear the cost of this.
From the front desk to after-sales service, everything was terrible. This was a very poor stay. I do not recommend the Ritz-Carlton Financial Street; go to the Dawanglu branch instead.
