The wardrobe part holds a decent hair dryer and disposable slippers.
Staff at reception do not all speak English.
They will serve other people who interrupt and barge in, leaving you waiting.
The terribly bad drain smell in the room 719 led me to ask for a room change. The person at reception said "you can change rooms, but not just now". I asked if it would be done during the day and left my suitcase at reception and went out for the day's work. On arriving back, they had done absolutely nothing and said they had "called me in my room" during the day. I replied that leaving my suitcase during the day meant I was obviously not at the hotel during the day. "Sorry. We cannot do anything" was the reply. So I had to spend another night in the stench...
The overpowering smell of old urine comes from the air conditioning. It's not present in all the rooms.
At the restaurant next door for which they give you breakfast vouchers, there is no coffee or tea or juice. So have a soup instead.
The room was clean.
They also offer complimentary late-night snacks from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and free take-out coffee, which is freshly ground.
