Facilities: Very new and easy to use, with a kettle and all necessary cups and amenities. Hygiene: Clean, thoroughly tidied, and toiletries replaced promptly. Environment: Beautiful, with convenient transportation. It's within walking distance of major shopping areas like Huaihai Road and Nanjing Road, so no need for a taxi. The subway is just 100 meters away, making it incredibly convenient. Service: Excellent, with friendly staff who are quick to resolve any issues.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Even though it's an older property, it's very clean, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. After experiencing other places, this one truly stands out and is just perfect!

The room design is a bit dated. The hotel's name is 'New Jinjiang,' which is quite a misnomer, as it's not new at all! 😄 It's conveniently located near the business district with easy access to transportation. The environment is beautiful, tidy, clean, comfortable, and well-ventilated. The service attitude is excellent.

This has always been my go-to hotel for business trips. The location is great, the hallways are quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a good variety too. Plus, the transportation nearby is very convenient, and the area is well-developed with plenty of places to explore within walking distance.

We stayed on the 12th floor, in a room close to the elevator. The room was spotless and the bedding smelled fresh and clean, not damp at all. The housekeeping lady on our floor was incredibly kind; every time she saw me, she'd ask if I needed water or tissues and told me not to hesitate to ask for anything. She was so thoughtful and efficient.

Jan Jing tower is a very elegant hotel in a perfect location, next to the shopping district of Shanghai.

The hotel facilities are showing their age, and the cleanliness could be improved in some details. However, the overall service attitude is good, especially the cleaning lady on our floor, who was friendly and proactive – a definite plus.

This five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation. It's luxurious and grand, with incredibly warm service. The breakfast is a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western dishes; the Shanghai scallion oil noodles were delicious, and the pastries were top-notch. The location is excellent, within walking distance to both Huaihai Road and Nanjing Road.
