Adult Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with great service. The ION kite club very nearby and you can see the kites flying, this is beautiful and very convenient for kiters like me

We stayed for a week in January and found the Shams Prestige to be very relaxing and quiet. The staff are really attentive and friendly and genuinely want to make your stay special

Special mention to Mr Ali, Mohammed from the beach, Samir, Abaas the barman, and all the restaurant staff who go the extra mile. Every night in the restaurant was a different theme and the gala dinner was excellent

A quiet and very nice environment, the room very comfortable, the jacuzzi on the terrace, in front of the sea was such amazing ! The restaurant offered some various and delicious dishes, and I enjoyed the barbecue evening on the beach

Hotell and service was more than expected. Food is only thing that coud of been tastier. Sunbeds were nicely situated and service was excellent there too

The food was excellent and varied, we were spoilt for choice. If you like lively, party atmosphere then this is not the place for you. If you want an escape with the friendliest staff you will not find better

Central location (directly by the marina, beach close by), quiet place, clean rooms, good value for money. Friendly staff, artisanal breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great price was also great just located in front of the new Marina and staff are super friendly and helpful we stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole thing the walking to Abu Tig marina day and night the weather at that time was good and diving with Egypt international diving was Marcos’s usual

All of the staff are wonderful,from the 2 smiley Ahmeds at breakfast, super Ahmed,the lifeguard that looks after the pool & guests and the brilliant room guys. this might just be my new favourite place in Egypt x

Let's stick to the resort - a wonderful place with a beautiful garden where you can really relax, a nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around it and a nice private beach (here I will add that I think the beach is not maintained and arranged enough)

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the beach is beautiful too and in the restaurant the choice is not very big, but enough, the minus is you can’t take the food yourself, but cook gives it to you

The activities are nice, but the weather was a bit cold to fully enjoy the water park. Tennis courts were being repaired, and I had an injury, so we skipped playing, and the mini golf was a bit underwhelming

The lagoon beach was always unoccupied which felt like a private beach for us

Everyone should try the experience; you will love it, especially the receptionist, who was helpful, and the beach boy, who was really nice and friendly. S the rooms are clean and the view is amazing

Rested at this hotel 3 weeks ago, the impression is positive large area, well-groomed , has its own lagoon , sandy bottom with no guard is suitable for families with children, and if bad , the food would put a 4, but perhaps this is due to changes of owners , in the evenings there is the disco and a day at the beach is aerobics on land and in water so do not give bored ,the standard rooms are no frills...

The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6

Wi-Fi is also available, which is convenient. Unfortunately, there were no free towels. It would have been perfect if there was a mat in the room to wash off the sand on the feet of people who go to the beach

I am staying in Andalusia beech , a nice place , very nice people, it is like living in a simple family place , the beach is wonderful , the beach coffee is ok I met people who has been here many times ! When I come back I am intended to stay there

The price is reasonable and satisfying compared to other hotels with the same price, because this hotel has a private beach area. The rooms are clean and neat, there are LED TVs with a limited number of channels

We can see the red sea from our room (from a distance, but still). There is a great burger place just in the corner which is a great place if you get hungry at night

The hotel also offers day trips to safari and scuba diving etc. The triple-bed room is big and comfy. Just nice for a night's (or two) stay

Plus I had to change my room twice since there was a problem with each room, until I ended up with a room with now shower, but they had no more rooms available and i had to deal with it, it was the best solution

It's nice but I won't go there again. Also they said I would get a sea view room, but this is what I got (check the pic)

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront resort in Hurghada! The location is unbeatable — right by the Red Sea with crystal-clear water and soft sandy beaches

we will definitely come back to this resort, the personal was great, and the private Taxi service as well. The food was various and really good, 1 week is too short to enjoy all the facilities

Its our last day at Ancient Sands Resort in El Gouna, we have been here for 10 nights & will be heading home later today! The hotel has a calm, peaceful ambience, ideal for unwinding and switching off

Also they have a private beach where the bus takes you from the resort and back. But most importantly the STAFF!! They make you feel home. You would think yes but it’s their job

Ancient Sands Hotel truly is an oasis of calm in a bustling modern world. As a family of five, we decided to escape for a few days of sunshine, and Ancient Sands delivered in every way

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food — from breakfast through to dinner — was perfect for a family of five. Our room was spotless, overlooking the golf course, and even had its own plunge pool

The beach is well equipped, there are enough sunbeds for everyone at any time of the day. The sunbeds are not new, wooden but strong and reliable

Ok - from the beach to the lobby its a mountain to climb - but inbetween the arrangment and style its so beautiful. Sometimes I was sitting for more than 2 hours in the restaurant to enjoy the view and style

The beach is within walking distance from the rooms, which is also important! There is animation on the beach, but it is unobtrusive and does not interfere with rest

The hotel restaurant is cozy and has tables both indoors and outdoors. For breakfast, you can always choose an omelette, scrambled eggs, pancakes, donuts. For lunch, cooks fry two types of meat and fish dishes

My stay in the hotel was very nice and restful!!! If you book lowclass - you shouldnt expect highclass! Never I've got a experience - that wishes and suggestions from me or other guests get so fast true - its not normal for Egyptian mentality ;) The hotel is one of the oldest in that place - BUT its a real treasure! The facillity you can find not in any other hotel

May I should tell you - I was living in Hurghada for around 5 years - so I know the cultur, the tradition and also the hotels and I've learned a bit the egyptian language ( english I'm speaking fluently)

The rooms were hairless, as is usually the case in all Egyptian hotels. They were very well cleaned, even the balcony was free of dust or sand, which was also a relief. There were two bottles of water in the refrigerator

The location is another great advantage – with access to two beaches included in the price. Although we have traveled to many places in Egypt, nowhere else have we experienced such warm hospitality and care

The receptionists at check-in were friendly and efficient, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently, which was certainly a relief

Nice place but more attention to details Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works

Very nice hotel with two beautiful pools and access to the sea. Bring water shoes. Restaurants and shops are right next door.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

The hotel is good, but the rooms weren't quite ready for use. For example, the dishwasher wasn't assembled. We had to ask for trash bags at the reception ourselves because no one provided them

Check-in starts from 14:00, check-out till 12:00. Good restaurants with variety of food are all around. Secured perimeter of the whole Marina by the police guards for safety of all guests

Extremely close to the port, staying here allowed me to explore the entire walking street thoroughly.

There is no hair dryer in the room, need to call them to request. Too inconvennient. So, I did not call, just let the hair dried naturally comment to Hotel: hair dryer is important, influence customer experience

There a beautiful view up there. People are nice and offer me good service. Hot water and other stuff is wonderful. I'm not sure if I got a refund maybe it was because the mistake of the bank
