The beaches, pool, and activity areas are all beautiful and well-maintained. My advice: don’t let the negative reviews discourage you—come here, and you won’t regret it. We will most definitely return!

The beach is beautiful, clean water with many marine lives, good for snorkeling. The room and food are acceptable. Many cute cats 😻. The reception and the house keeper are very helpful.

Sharing the same beach as Arabella, this hotel isn't directly beachfront, but it's much quieter without kids around. The food was decent; we ate very well for our two-day stay

They didn't provide disposable slippers or a toothbrush/toothpaste, but there were toiletries. The balcony was good for drying clothes. The mini-bar included a large bottle of mineral water, Coke, and Sprite

There are evening shows with audience interaction, and during the day, you can just lie on the beach and snorkel – perfect for a relaxing getaway

Dinner was by the pool, and during peak hours, you might have to wait for a table. It took about ten minutes to walk to the beach

I had packed lunch made by the hotel for my trips, Raham made me lemon and honey drink when I had sore throat, fresh towels in luggage area so you can use pool after you check out, housekeeper welcomed us when we arrived and would always ask if we needed anything, nothing was a problem for the hotel staff, there is nothing this hotel cannot do

The care, attention, and warmth shown to her made our trip even more meaningful. I wholeheartedly recommend Hurghada Long Beach Resort to anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and unforgettable experiences

Hotel housekeeper Said Mohammad was great with us, he went above and beyond for my partners birthday and made us animals from towels on our bed, or made pretty flower arrangements daily

The area is quiet, big, green and clean. Two beaches have space to everyone. Every day and evening varied entertainment for adults and children. Special heated pools and water attractions to children

An Oasis in the centre of hurghada with 2 beautiful private beaches, fantastic gardens multiple swimming pools, water park, plentiful food and drinks and very good staff

One whole fish, one prawn, rice and oily chips. Would be a really nice hotel bar the food. Has it's own beach and two buildings. Shops out the front aren't too aggressive asking you to enter

The food court is fantastic for lunchtime snacks and bookable a la cart venues. Had a great time, thanks to all staff. Bands are kept on until departure with shower room available, very civilised

Pop out the front door and it's the hustle and bustle of the city and it's many attractions, the new marina is a 15 minute walk, passing supermarkets, restaurants as many local shops

Soo Far the best vacation ever. Hotel is really clean in conparstion with previous expiriance in Hurgada. Food is really good for all nationalities. Stuff is soo kind and helpfull

He always made sure we had extra waters tea and coffee. The art he did on the beds made out of towels were incredible!! We spent a lot of time by the bikini only pool and the guys at the bar there were brilliant

It was nice staying at this hotel. It was breakfast, lunch and dinner the view of the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and nice people. And it was a clean area the pool and the service by the pool area

The hotel was amazing, the food was great and there is 3 a la carte restaurants you can reserve for free  The aqua park was fun  I was disappointed by the sea the staff was friendly and so welcomed except the one on the pool bar was so rude

The hotel pleasantly surprised us. Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff was quick and efficient. The territory is large and well maintained, which made it very nice to spend time around the hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The all-inclusive service is excellent, with delicious and varied food. The aquapark is huge and offers great entertainment

There are plenty of pools, a couple of which were heated so we could still swim although the weather whilst sunny wasn't roasting. Staff work work hard and are very friendly and efficient

The hotel was clean and well run. We also enjoyed the swim up bar, flumes and entertainment in the evening. I don't see easyJet still offering this one but they should as it's excellent

Just back from Solara Aqua Park hotel having had a great time for a week all inclusive. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with toiletries, bottles of water, tea, coffee and juice

The hotel is simple in a good way. The rooms are small but well designed so it is ok. The pool is huge and everybody is around not in which is even better for people who like to swim quietly

The beach is artificial but that is the way it is. The breakfast is outstanding, on of the best ever, and god knows how many breakfasts I have eaten in hotels

Little deception with the buffet that we took at dinner on our arrival, but you have so many options to dine out as the hotel is located 50 meters from the "center", an open air food court with very good restaurants if you choose carefully

Very nice hotel within 5 minutes to major attractions via tuc tuc. We stayed for 1 week and there was not a single day that I was bored with breakfast. The lagoon is amazing.

The animals team are amazing and really made our holiday with the different activities they run daily, the evening shows and dance floor in the evenings

The golf course which was STUNNING is meticulously maintained and had several groundmen working on it daily. Boyfriend informs me it’s a hard course so probably not great for beginners but stunning all the same

We had such a lovely holiday at Steigenberger Makadi in Hurghada. The hotel was perfectly clean, in a beautiful location, and had such a peaceful, chilled atmosphere throughout

There is an assortment of evening entertainment in the Bogie bar, which is good but very loud and sometimes hinders conversation, so we prefer a quiet drink in the reception area providing we can find some chairs

The management and staff are very helpful and help make it a great experience. There is a beach area available which is a short shuttle bus ride but we preferred to stay around the pool

The staff are amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants, around pool area, the room attendants and even the garden staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling

The Golf course is excellent, very interesting and is in great condition. There is a huge variety of challenging holes including water hazards

The rooms are basic but clean, the cleaners work so hard. The grounds and private beach are very well maintained. In my opinion the entertainment is poor

I stayed at the golden beach resort in March last year and for a little extra money this hotel and food are far superior

The main problem is the food, I couldn't find anything to eat and when I did the meat was dry, fatty and inedible, on day 3 of my holiday I took really unwell with stomach cramps, projectile vomiting and diarrhea

The location is good it is a 10 minute drive to senzo mall and the aquarium and around 20/30 minutes to the marina and sheraton road. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you

However, there was one negative aspect that affected our first impression. The attitude and communication style of the reception staff were not welcoming at all

The Germans are literally up at 6am to put their towels on the beds which limits your pool area choice. The hotel overall is very good and the staff were good apart from Hanna on the pool bar

The views were stunning, overlooking the lagoon, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I booked only one night before arrival and initially received a twin bed despite requesting a double

Expect attempts to sell you trips, massages etc every day but they arent pushy and are polite. Airport experience was aweful and our flight was cancelled. Airport staff are beaurocratic

We were both ill within 36 hours of arriving for 3 days. Thank goodness for Antinal from the pharmacy. Not the food but more likely the lack of hygiene from guests and staff

The staff handled this quickly and professionally and accommodated a double bed without any issues. The only minor downside was that the curtains were not blackout

The food is amazing!! We tried the three restaurants: breakfast is just perfect, the beach restaurant is waaaaw food and view, the Nihon restaurant too, the Japanese food was so good and the view was amazing too

Location is near the airport, which is okay, but inside the hotel territory you can barely hear noise from the street

And shower almost doesn’t have warm water, but it’s also fine after hot day at the beach

The **bar staff and waiters are absolute superstars**, constantly going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. We had **all-inclusive at Panorama Restaurant**, and our experience there was very good

Room was excellent! Shower pressure and temp were perfect! Food was a bit bland but there we've a lot of choices, mostly egyptian cuisine

We spent a beautiful week at Magic Beach. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a junior suite. The food was very good. The beach breathtaking

We all had great night sleeps as the beds were very good with lovely clean bedding. Plenty of towels supplied and rooms were cleaned and beds made (along with towel swans ♡) every day

Hotel has been brilliant, amazing staff, phenomenal animation team. Animation team have lots of shows on, lots of dances for adults and kids to join. Great variety of food. Room was very clean.

The resort has its all beautiful beach. The buffet is various and generally fresh with good taste but the red wine and wishkey are not good at all. The swming pool is close too early, at 5:00 pm

Rooms are spacious and equipped with very wide soft bed, light design, minibar with coffee machine daily refilled. Restaurants are very good and offer many options between facilities of three hotels

Generally relaxing atmosphere with some live music during the day and evening, with some number of parties by the pool. It is not very big hotel, which is good, with nice gardens and beautiful landscape

The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the scenery was beautiful, though it was very windy in winter. For breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options

One of the staff members even spoke quite a bit of Chinese with very standard pronunciation. They even brought out chopsticks for breakfast, haha! Breakfast was a semi-buffet style, and the quality was very high

I wasn't more comfortable or delighted in other hotel compared to oberoi. All staff are awesome, the way they treat the guests is great make yourself feel at home

I recently stayed in the property for a week. Everything right after being received at the reception till the day we left was hassle free
