Although the hotel has more sunbeds and places on the beach and poolside than guests, early in the morning, positions are taken up with towels, which spoils the feeling of relaxation and puts early risers at an unfair disadvantage because when they arrive at the beach at, for example, 7:30 AM, half of the sunbeds are already occupied

Many problems inside the rooms. The general area is normal, the beach is private and the sun loungers with umbrellas are of the old format. Bed linen and towels have not been changed, probably for several years

The beach has a bar a snack bar, loads of sun beds. Bit rocky to get in but floated over them. Reception made sure us English had a kettle to make a brew, brought our own Yorkshire tea bags

I especially appreciated Ali at the reception desk, an elegant man, with presence, but very kind and helpful

Travelled with my partner and my dad who’s 90, we’ve stayed at the majority of the beach hotels in the town centre which have better reviews, risking it a bit with the reviews for here. How wrong we were, it’s brilliant

Food is great, drinks are served in normal glasses. Beach is wide, huge, clean and with enough sun shades. Its a windy place if you hate wind, dont go. During day you must walk to a swimming point

Service at the pool bar and the restaurant was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming to us. The kind man working on the grill has a special place in our hearts! We would love to visit again

5 stars worthy hotel with no minuses. Clean, comfy, rooms are big enough, clean, smells great 😁, everything is perfect. You must ask for balcony if you smoke, cause there are rooms with no balcony

We had a wonderful time at the resort and the staff were super friendly and helpful which was a bonus with young kids!

While the rooms and some of the facilities are dated and in need of refurbishment, all spaces are kept immaculately clean and the staff go out of their way to make all guests but especially kids comfortable

The entertainment team has a few activities in each hotel throughout the day and an evening program from 8pm to 10. 30pm starting with a daily Mini Disco followed by a variety show

The rooms are varied, some are very spacious while others are more cramped. We were in building 1 on the top floor in a spacious family room with a view of the sea

There's also an all day snack bar catering to the pool areas as well as a bakery and dessert venue with a Barista for fresh coffee drinks

This hotel was amazing, the room had all the things that we needed and an amazing view to the huge pool. There was a shuttle bus every 10’ to go to the private beach, and the breakfast was delicious

During our two-day stay, we were the only four Chinese guests; everyone else was European or American. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach where you can swim and snorkel

Despite the fact that there are literlly thousands of sunbeds on the beach, the majority of them unoccupied, we were told quite aggressively that the sunbeds we were lying on were 'Palace' sunbeds and told to move
