Hotels with beach in Hurghada

The towels for the beach are small, and i mean so small, it's more like hand towels. And good luck getting a pool side as the locals will wake up at 6 am and put towels all over and not come back

This happened every day they think because they are from Egypt and we are foreigners they have priority. Food Same good luck getting any as the locals will just walk and stand in front of you

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the locals are disgusting they will walk and stand in front of you when you are in the queue and when you say hello I'm first they claim they can't see you

The staff couldn’t communicate well as the English language was spoken very rarely by the staff. The hotel room was comfortable and the house keeping staff was really nice

Water juice boxes and 3 bottles of fuzzy drink every day. Just beware that if you have a poolside room, you will be woken up at like 9/10am with load music

First of the managers said not to come between April and September if you don't want to be pushed about by the locals

The Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort is a somewhat older resort, but its location is perfect, with a large private sandy beach offering access to the Red Sea

The seven a la carte restaurants (reservations are required) are superb, and the food is very good. There's an eighth restaurant for an additional fee. The service staff (regardless of the discipline) is excellent

The rooms are spacious, if a little dated, but clean and equipped with comfortable beds. The food in the main restaurant is good, and there's a wide selection

The entertainment team works from morning until late at night to ensure everyone has a great time. We highly recommend this resort

No request is too difficult or too big, and they fulfill it whenever possible. In the evening, be sure to check out the lobby bar

The food is very varied, but most of it tastes bland. Unfortunately, priority is given to non-Egyptians. The aqua park is small and only operates two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon

The location is great to, we only went off the resort just twice for diving, Piano Diving is about a 15 minute walk along the beach, and for Safari Quad biking, about an 8 minute walk down the beach

Rooms clean, lovely meals, friendly personal, clear water, long beach walks and as long as the sea was calm, a nearly untouched snorkling spot at the outside reef

I was rebooked from another hotel and was a little bit scared because reviews said, the hotel is closed, but it wasn't. Renovation is ongoing but mainly at the other hotel and nearly every hotel is doing so in January

Amazing hotel. Excellent food, pretty renovated rooms, nice pool, many interesting activities during the day and in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will come back here for sure!

One of the premium properties of @El Goona and a brilliant landscape… the food is finger licking good and the service is pampering… Not just food and drinks, but also all activities also done in house

The whole concept and architecture of the hotel is truly beautiful and unique. The design, inspired by islands and lagoons, is stunning and creates an incredibly relaxing and romantic atmosphere

The breakfast was wonderful (The breakfast was delicious). There was a great variety of fresh food, and it was the perfect start to our day every morning

The best hotel in El Gouna for location and service

The buffet in the main restaurant was much better than expected, and the a la carte dinner in the beach restaurant was also very good. The most distinctive Arabic restaurant was not booked, so I can't comment on it

The hotel is very beautiful also the rooms are very clean and little old and there is kids area and show area And every day has different shows And his location is in a wonderful place And the tourists come from everywhere And has abig value for tourists and Egyptians

The 830pm entertainment in particular the Michael Jackson show was fantastic. I think if they updated the sound system it would make it much better for the singers that perform after the shows

Stayed for three days, all inclusive package was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, the facilities were a little old but ok. The sea was beautiful and the beach was nice

The room are comfortable,clean and Spacious,there are nice heated Swimming pools and the hotel very nice and quiet location

Great Hotel! Had a very enjoyable 5 nights. Food, drink and service was amazing. The entertainment and waterpark was a big bonus. The weights and machines in the gym need an update

The ocean view room was beautiful, the room was new and very clean, the front desk staff were great, the breakfast was especially plentiful, the juice was delicious, all freshly squeezed, and the food and beverage manager really valued the guest experience, checking in on us every day

The beach and pool were both spotless and comfortable. The food was amazing and they had everything you could think of. I went with my family, and it was a fantastic experience for all of us

Except for the construction area, everything else is quite satisfactory. The snorkeling on the boardwalk is really great and the corals are beautiful

But the facilities in Sombay are not very good and there is nothing to eat

We chose a sunset boat trip for 10,500 Egyptian pounds for two hours and caught over a dozen fish! The kitchen can prepare two different dishes for 300 Egyptian pounds! It was such a wonderful experience that I didn't care about the renovation noise at that moment

Thirdly, the half-board meals, especially dinner, are pretty good with daily rotating menus. Whether you'll like it or not is a bit of luck – personally, I preferred the food on the first day, but overall it was good

Overall, the quality feels a bit higher than what you'd find back home. The room provides various disposable amenities, the slippers are of good quality, and the toiletries come in small bottles

The beach in front has coral reefs at a depth of 1,5m and beaytiful fish 🐠 (definitely bring a snorkel and mask and if you forget they have plenty to lend you). It is like swimming in an aquarium

The environment is great, and the private beach is very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Breakfast had a slightly limited variety, but the quality was decent. In summary, it's the best choice for Soma Bay. Oh, and I bought the lobby's fragrance to take home; I absolutely love it!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it's everything I imagined and more! The booking included breakfast and dinner, which were both excellent quality. All the staff were so warm and polite

Sea is clean and we saw some fish at the hotel beach + beach with sand is good. Aquapark is big and good for the children but we prefered to stay at the beach or at the pool near our room - there was more quiet

Even at beach buffet - fish and wine during lunch time. Nothing to solve - everything works at it has to be. Beach is close (700m) and the shuttle bus is going every 15minutes

Just we were a little unsatisfied with a la carte restaurants: expecially the one on the beach. In the evening the atmosphere here was not so comfortable

Best thing that I enjoyed is that it is a very big compound with lots of restaurants and swimming pools and if you chose the all inclusive you could eat and swim anywhere you wanted at the compound

We have visited Egypt so many times (every time 4 and 5* hotels) and this is for us the Best hotel ever ! We stayed 14 day and enjoyed it ! So friendly stuff ever helping and smiling

I spent every day at the beach as it was so nice, the lifeguards here were also so lovely to me and would put my towel on the sunbeds every morning for me and the two bar men would bring drinks all day, amazing! The food is really nice here, was shocked how nice it was

Nothing is too much trouble, no hassle by sellers, plenty of sunbeds always available, happy staff and a lovely sense of family. We will definitely return, our stay was perfect

O I recently stayed at the Makadi Saraya Hotel and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options every day. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax

We stayed in villa 21 room 7214 From the minute we arrived we were, as always in Egypt, made to feel welcome by every single member of staff we spoke to Our favourite Khaled aka Foxy the quiet pool lifeguard an absolute diamond young man, couldn’t do enough for us n we were both so to leave him Magdi who owns the handbag, clothes n trainers shop in the reception area was a delight to speak to n shop...

For the third year and still an absolutely amazing vacation. I love it here! ❤️ The hotel services have improved dramatically, and I have to admit that the food is fantastic as well

The staff also deserve special mention—they work incredibly hard, whether it’s the bartenders, chefs, lifeguards, housekeeping, or gardeners

There is a choice of several restaurants, and everywhere the food is diverse with a wide variety of flavors

Initially I was disappointed to be told we were staying in the villa rooms situated over the road from the main hotel, however, after seeing the immaculately kept, beautiful gardens n quiet adults only pool we were both delighted

A perfect Stay in Amarina Abu Soma - I need to thank all the staff as they were very professional starting from Mrs Mariam and Mr Bassam on the reception as they made all things perfect and upgrade our rooms and Mrs Nermin and Mr Mohamed Atef on Guest relation as they arrange the birthday party surperise for our kid and help us on all resturants reservation and I much recommend the Italian resturant...

The Staff working in the hotel were amazing, But of course the brightest star in the hotel is Remon ❤️ He takes such care of the guests that I believe he is the reason why so many people return to this hotel, or like me, look for similar service in other hotels of the Amarina chain

The rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, the food so good that I we sometimes went to dinner twice The a'la carte restaurants were really good, especially the oriental one

I visited the hotel twice, in 2023 and 2024. It was my first experience in Egypt and thanks to this exceptional place, I fell in love with the country

the place is a bit far away from the airport (around 45 min drive). breakfast was ok, restaurants are nice. view is great

Cons: - Entertainment/Sports are not the strongest at this resort. There were no sports games organized in the pool, no volleyball space on the beach (probably because no space)

A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun

All 3 buffets are delicious - Rooms are clean and very comfortable - Resort property is small so everything is very close which is awesome - Beach very nice for swimming and snorkeling (shallow and deep areas) - Staff are incredibly nice and courteous, also always asking for feedback and how your experience is going

- the pool is very small in my opinion, and there definitely is not enough pool and beach chairs for everyone

It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm

Exceptional Stay – Truly Inclusive Hospitality. My stay at JAZ Soma Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish

From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home

We stayed at the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna for 9 nights (10 days) with my wife and our little boy, Leo — and it was truly an unforgettable family vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

A special mention to the restaurant team: Ahmed Anas, Ahmed Fawzy, Ibrahim (“Miam Miam”), Abanoub, the manager Mohamed, and of course the talented chefs. They made us feel at home every single day

Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing

We got there quite late at night, but the staff still welcomed us with a smile and offered us dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks"

Lunch is better than breakfast. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous

The resort is right by the sea, with its own private beach and snorkeling area, which is very convenient. However, the bedding was pilling, and I hope they can improve that.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's a huge resort with a private beach, perfect for swimming and diving in the Red Sea

Enormous Resort and offers all the amenities condensed in 1 Street 😆. it’s like a city community, reminiscent of a large social housing project in a Soviet Union

very quiet loads of space and sunbeds. Staff in the restaurant, bars, pools and gardens are very helpful. There's adult only swimming pool and beach area but no restaurant at present as this is being renovated

The coffee was salty, making me seriously wonder if they'd used seawater. As for the beach, it was tiny and full of stones

Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained

A special highlight was the Cleopatra SPA – truly amazing! I also want to give a big thanks to Yasmine, who did my hair beautifully. She was professional, kind, and very talented. I will definitely come back again
