we stayed three nights there with my family,it were very good , Hotel small but was very beautiful and clean, room was clean and nice and all staff beginning from reception and service were very good and they were helpful with us, food was very tasty every day, different and Varied food

Captain’s inn is perfect location. I got to also use the pool in Ali baba hotel as well as beach. Bkfst was included and it was good. The restaurant was great as well! Extremely friendly and helpful staff

I can recommend the Ocean Diva catamaran that goes out several times a day on four hour snorkel trips. Or take a private motor boat to explore the three Marinas, see the kite surfing and visit the sea eagles

I can also recommend the Cleopatra Spa in Hurghada for an authentic three hour Turkish Hamaam experience. As for the room, mine was spotlessly clean and overlooked the tranquil courtyard so it was quiet too

Sara, and when I was being picked up at 4 am to go to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, the security guard kept checking I was ok. It is a very safe location with lots to see and do

For those who like looking at boats this is the place, and the Marina is full of bars and restaurants. I loved the tranquil mornings eating the all included breakfast at the restaurant

everything is good, the problem is only with the guy who works at the pool. every day he reserves sunbeds for money, so when you come at 8 he has already reserved half of them

We didn’t realise it was 6 courses! So we had Course 1 hors d’oeuvres, Course 2 I had smoked salmon and husband had Cappuccino Soup (which was delicious), Course 3 Waldorf Salad, Course 4 a lemon sorbet soup, Course 5 I had Sea Bass and he had Beef, Course 6 I had Fruit Platter and he had Cheesecake! Yes, it's 40 km from Hurghada, but it's ideal if you want peace and quiet. The food was delicious; we booked the all-inclusive package. The alcohol was excellent, and there was evening entertainment

We stayed at this hotel from November 30 to December 8, 2025

The hotel beach has a smaller capacity, which sometimes meant it was difficult to find a free sunbed. Fortunately, there was the option to use sunbeds by the two hotel pools

Needed to book an hotel for less than a day and I came thru this little gem, the hotel is clean the rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast included, pool and private beach with a nice view of hurghada clear waters

The breakfast was incredible, the pool and beach were perfect, the location was great and the staff were so lovely. I also enjoyed the gym across the road every day and improved my kickboxing with private lessons

Hotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel

Had access to the empire beach hotel too which has a lovely private sandy beach. Staff mainly friendly and helpful, and the shops are full of beautiful items. And Mr bombastic is a very friendly and helpful shop owner

The path is very beautiful, always clean, lots of plants and flowers, poorly lit at night to the restaurant but that's not a big problem, there are bins, pixles, there's plenty of shade, the whole resort has palm trees, there are 6

One of the beach employees was extremely intrusive, to the point of trying to almost pull the bag out of my hands and insisting on setting up sunbeds, clearly expecting a tip

All inclusive have option to eat/drink from the bar on the beach. Don't take taxis, just order a Uber. It's much cheaper and more safe. Room is perfect and it has safe+big balconies

Local spirits are mediocre and the wine isn’t great. The pools and gardens are lovely, it’s great you can access the hotel across the road too. Our room was cleaned daily but the sheets and towels were pretty washed out

I don't know why people write such bad reviews. The hotel is like Aladdin's 1001 nights, there is plenty of food, the staff is friendly, the rooms are older but clean, water and towels are regularly replaced

A very charming and cozy place right in the heart of El Gouna — everything is just a few steps away. There is a wonderful restaurant right above the room, and the atmosphere of the whole hotel feels warm and welcoming

Bad point: if you want to try a la carta restaurant you have to be there at least three nights to make the reservation…

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts

The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion

Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed
