This is the first time at this hotel as a couple and probably the last as my husband gas dementia. But everyone has been so kind and helpful, the food plentiful and the standard very high. There is not one member of the staff that aren't courteous. Well done to the management for an outstanding hotel, all we need is a bit more sun in the afternoon

Although the hotel looks like a 5 star, I think it is only like a 4 star hotel. It is a small compact hotel. The cleanliness is good. Although the breakfast variety is weak, the lunch and dinner deserve 5 stars. The hotel staff is attentive and tries to help. It may be too long to have high expectations because it is 5 stars.

Soma Bay is a hotel district. There's a shuttle bus to the nearby commercial street, restaurants, and supermarkets, but the intervals are quite long. Several hotels are actually closest to the boardwalk, but they're not available for booking on domestic platforms. Plenty of food in 4 different restaurants and kids club with daily night show that you will never need to go out of the hotel or feel bored at any day. We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is beautiful. We’ve made very good use of the facilities every single day including the gym and spa. Khaled has cleaned our room every single day immaculately. We also love having a chat with him every morning. He always wants to make sure we’re happy with our room and our stay here. The hotel's own sea and beach are incredibly beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly in every way. The rooms are spacious, airy, and beautiful.

Good clean comfort everything is wonderful

The hotel has a modern style. Clean. Friendly. Lunch is better than breakfast. Mostly foreigners stay there. The beach is good. The towels are new. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous.

Overall it’s good unless that “a dehydration solution“ at the hotel clinic was cost 50$!!!

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious. The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!
