I have enjoyed a full week vacation in this hotel. It has a great location and free transportation from the airport for repeater guests, also it is not far away from the airport though cant hear any noise from the aircraft. Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few. I returned home a week ago, and I still have red bumps on my body. Only spent one night here before being moved to our booked hotel titanic royal. Super friendly staff. Clean room , fantastic shower. Nice small Hotel in the Center of Abu Tug Marina. Breakfast at (close) Hotel Captains Inn, Pool at Hotel Ali Pasha (also close) or at Hotel Fanadir, walking distance.

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts. The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion. Bad point: if you want to try a la carta restaurant you have to be there at least three nights...

One of the best resorts that we have been in. All staff from waiters, cooks, reception,…. was absolutely amazing and friendly. Food was also really good with great quality. Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter. Staff in general are pretty miserable. Bar staff were a little rude and the staff in the restaurant area were better. The receptionists were a little abrupt and brash in their responses. The tour reps, however, were very pleasant. We had problems with our hot water and we had to mention almost every day for the first 3 days. Also, our room only had 2 available sockets, which meant we had to move lamps...

I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! The hotel was fantastic, and after reading lots of Facebook recommendations, I booked all my trips with Lily Anderson. She made everything so easy and enjoyable. My whole experience was smooth, organized, and truly memorable. Absolutely recommended!

A lovely building .. fantastic staff 5*.. friendly .. helpful .. any problems quickly sorted out.. food is good.. transport to and from the beach .. which is excellent for a lazy day by the sea ..about 20 mins from the airport.. will definitely be going back ..

We had a lot of fun with the animation team , they were amaaaazing, everyday we have a party and it's so interesting, all the team had a one step they were like a one human , we like the poll and the belly dancer she was perfect , the girls of the team were very kind I loved them so much

Ok hotel. clean and get what you pay for. Food just OK. . Not sure you get value from all-inclusive. Some funny petty rules ; eg one person can only take 2 drinks back to a table (even if 6 friends / family there) Deposit of €1 on plastic glasses which you don’t get back. Avoid barman in downstairs main bar. His attitude completely out of place. Rest of staff good. Pool good. Very conveniently located...

The Grand blue welcomed me with a smile. It had all the facilities I required and was very responsible for the price. The beach area is lovely with fantastic views over the red sea. What stood out for me though was the staff. They were very accommodating and always lit up my day with their attentiveness and smiles. It felt although they were a big family.
