Excellent hotel - will stay again. Very nice hotel right next to the centre harbour port area. Very friendly english speaking staff. No car parking but lots of city parking fairly close. Will definitely stay again when in La Rochelle.

Being situated just north of Pau, it was perfectly located for an overnight stay on our way home frim Spain. Very friendly staff. It was unusually hot for early April and the fan didn't work so sleeping wasn't easy. However, the beds were comfortable and with the window open it was okay. Breakfast was very good.

Great stay in this excellent hotel in Pau. Second stay here — it’s in a convenient location to break the journey from the Bilbao ferry to Carcassonne area. The rooms are well equipped, well maintained and extremely clean. V comfortable beds and v v good value breakfast. Free parking too. Friendly and welcoming hosts and also welcomed my small dog. Will definitely stay here again ! Thank you

Good big rooms and clean. Spa only available once during the stay and you have to prebook. The view of the balcony was just a white wall unfortunately. Carrefour right away the corner , not far from the grande Plage. Very nice staff

The hotel was lovely and comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It's located in a quiet residential area but is within short walking distance of town centre and all attractions. Breakfast was good and competitively priced and home made cakes were delicious. Delphine, Jacques and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Happy in Biarritz The rooms are comfortable. We did not have the breakfast that was €15 as we decided to eat out in Biarritz. The hotel is clean, pretty central (5mins walk to the main streets &see front) and the staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and happy to help were they can.

I stayed 1 night, easy check in and comfy bed. Simple stay and I was able to store my luggage during the day safely. The bathroom sink hasn’t been cleaned, otherwise a good stay

What a lovely quaint hotel. Our room was small but we were barely in it. Comfy beds, shower was fine, it was unusually warm and we had the large window open all the time. Our room overlooked the side street, it wasn’t noisy at all. Reception staff very helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Room was very, very basic. Not comfortable. No place in the bathroom for any of our toiletries. The toilet seat was broken. I would not stay herr again.

We were given a room across the road from the main hotel, a sort of family room with extra beds in a mezzanine, even though there was just the two of us, but this turned out to be nice - spacious, quiet and no extra cost. Great location. No parking, needs to be clear in booking details where to park . We drive around for an hour trying to figure it out. Breakfast room and food was good. Staff was nice . Room was not good . I wouldn’t stay there again .

This very small room was in a historic building which has been creatively remodeled. Some of the plumbing did not seem up to standard.

This is an ideal little hotel right in the tourist heart of Royan. My room facing the park and sea with terrace (smoking allowed there only) was perfect for my requirements. Traffic overnight was absent, never heard a sound from adjacent room, except the terrace. The air con was perfect, modern well equipped bathroom and firm mattress single bed with light duvet. A large breakfast choice is available...

I am convinced I met the loveliest most beautiful person in France who worked at this hotel. I was cycling, so she was very accommodating with me and my bike, and even suggested where I should cycle next. I went on her recommendation and loved it. A thousand thank yous to her. Delightful hotel above the historic center of Sarlat. Close enough to walk (a very short drive) but well-away from the crowds for a quiet, peaceful sleep. Rooms are impeccably clean and reception is pleasant, polite and professional. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a motel style hotel on the outskirts of Sarlat. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a nice outside terrace. The pool area is very clean with sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very helpful. Only downside is that the location is up a steep hill from the town so walking back at night is a trek ,especially as no taxi service. We found a lot to like about Le Mas del Pechs. They were very welcoming right from the check-in. The room was clean and modern. They went out of their way to accommodate us, to the point of setting up a candlelight dinner for us in the breakfast room so that we could finish our picnic leftovers! Free parking is a nice perk, and although the weather didn't cooperate, the outdoor pool looked lovely...

This is an excellent hotel. The bedrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Anne-Marie is so hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and will return the next time we are in the Dordogne.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and restaurants in Bordeaux. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. However, the rooms felt small and outdated, and the overall experience was ok. The breakfast was average and lacked variety. It’s fine for a short stay, but I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail for the price.

This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets.

The location couldn't be better. Right in the centre with the tram stop just a minute up the road. On the other hand, the hotel is tired as can be and the rooms seem to never be really cleaned properly. The bathroom had a very bad odour and there was an incessant noise (like refrigeration) coming from the internal courtyard.

Small hotel in the center of Bordeaux, It has a convenient public paid parking a short distance away, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned but it was a great compromise for the price we paid compared to the average of hotels in that area. The area is very nice, close to the theater, place de la bourse the river and many restaurants. Overall I leave a positive review.

The location and space are quite good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Next to it is the Internet-famous steak fast food restaurant that queues up every day. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! There is an elevator. The room is smaller but clean and cheap. Impeccable.

linen bags I personally don't like having to carry 25 kg of linen on my back across 400 m, and then spend one hour putting the linen on the beds, coming back to the reception because they did not give us the right set, puzzling over which linen goes where, etc. Sure they provide caddies, but they seem to always be taken or in a state of disrepair. I have seen this type of campground-like hotel approach...

Great vacation center! Despite the fact that I inherited the only apartment where the sun is still hidden by a huge tree. A quarter of an hour between two branches around 6:00 p.m. Otherwise the site is perfect and the apartments are perfect. Very pleasant and sunny heated swimming pool. Very friendly and professional reception staff.

Property was what you would expect for the price, staff were friendly, only complaint would be that the pillows are awful other than that it was nice!

Hotel is situated in a great spot if visiting Pau for a rugby match at Pau, hotel clean beds comfortable towels a bit thin could do with a bath mat for getting out of the shower, breakfast a basic continental but was adequate not overly priced neither. 2 receptionists we dealt with Lyla and another lady both very helpful and very friendly

5km from city center - a little bit far, daily cleaning- very good, receptionis very nice and helpful. I missed kettle in the room, and a hairdryer. But surely will be back! Good location for businesses out side of pau, quick ride. And always full of place on parking slots, 2 restaurants near by.

Charming hotel on the outskirts with a 10 minute walk down to the medieval heart. Catherine, the owner is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Parking is very private. The pool area is nice and there is a long balcony to sit out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alfred Hotels - Port Vieux! The hotel is right by the ocean and surrounded by many restaurants and the whole town within walking distance. This is a great location and my room was large for an inner-city room. The shower layout wasn't ideal and the toilet was on a step which was a little weird. Otherwise the service was very good and the staff was accommodating when I arrived early for my room.

Address validated and retained for a future stay in Bordeaux. After a warm welcome, we appreciated the style of the hotel and the room. We were able to enjoy shopping, bars/restaurants and monuments during the day until night, all on foot while staying close to the hotel. See you soon

The staff at Marty Hotel Bordeaux are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about local attractions and events. Location was about a 20 minute walk to downtown city. Amenities was standard but the hotel does not provide toothbrush so remember to bring your own.

The room is not actually small, but the bed is relatively large, which makes the overall layout a bit cramped. Two suitcases cannot be opened at the same time... There are still some dead corners for hygiene... The breakfast is OK, my friend thinks there are not enough vegetables... But the attitude of the waiters is very good~

Wonderful property with helpful workers. I had a brief issue with being double-charged, but they got that fixed quickly. The area is lovely: Port-Vieux is covered in restaurants and shops and is inaccessible to cars, so it's a very popular pedestrian spot. Unfortunately, this makes it a less than optimal choice for morning people, as the food market across the street does not close until midnight and...
