It was very centrally positioned. Great staff.

Le directuer was friendly and helpful. He spoke very good English and even helped me learn some new French words/phrases.

Sad, because it has potential but no money has been spent on it for some considerable time.

The room was clean, easy to access, and the staff were helpful. The location was ideal -- just across the street from the train station.

Nothing much to complain for the price we paid. We are given room on the ground floor so opening the window is not convenient as pedestrian are basically walking on the street outside the window. Cannot open window and air-cond not working. It can be warm and quite stuffy.

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. The room was dusty when we first checked in but was better after they cleaned the room the next day. There is no water provided for this room type. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay there. The hotel is located right next to the train station and is a 15-20 minute tram ride to the main shopping area, which is very convenient.

It was very close to the station, so I was able to catch the early morning train with plenty of time to spare. I was able to relax in my own space. There was even a hair dryer, so I was able to dry my hair. Please bring your own soaps, shampoo, and toothbrush.

This was a great place to stay while in Biarritz because the room was clean, the hotel was stylish and quiet and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

Located in the city center, Galeries Lafayette is just steps away, and the area is surrounded by many shops, bars, and restaurants. It's right next to the BTrain station, so the street-facing rooms can be noisy. The rooms are small. A kettle and hairdryer are provided. Boarding pass printing is available free of charge.

Not worth the money. The location is good. The breakfast is poor. The staff is polite. During our stay, they removed the hair dryer from the wall. Has anyone else had this happen?

The hotel is located at the entrance of the pedestrian street in Pau. It is a very old hotel with warm service and free underground parking. We were upgraded to a huge round room on the top floor with a good view of the balcony outside the window. The bedroom is full of quaint old furniture. The bathroom is very new. Lovely 3 star hotel, rooms are large shower worked well but the attachment to the wall didnt grip so you couldnt alter the height., bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. The toiletries are basic, but there. Breakfast was not worth the money very basic buffet with mini pastries, bread, cheese, hams, yoghurt. Sorry but I expect a proper croissant in France

Location very central and the room was a good size, however when we went up to the room, couldn’t get into the wardrobe (which had the spare towels) because the door was broken. We stayed at this Inis Hotel for a rugby/sightseeing weekend. It’s a stroll from the station but fantastically located next to the bustling market, bars and restaurants. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. There is a seating area downstairs and a good value bar. Staff are super friendly.

I really enjoyed my 7-night stay in this hotel in early September. It is deally located in terms of accessibility to the 1b airport bus stop, the Old Port, nice shops/restaurants and the most important sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful e.g. when I sought advice re my trip to Île de Ré. The breakfast was delicious and well supervised.

Just what I needed for a coupe of nights. Comfortable bed, clean room. Right in the centre of the town. 2 minutes from the bus station where you can get a cheap bus from and to the airport.

The location of this establishment is very quiet and not far away from the bustling beach area. The front staff lady a former horse rider carried our heavy luggage with a smile and we felt very welcome. The room was large with high ceiling and simply very well apportioned.

Claire de Lune is close to Biarritz but in contrast-is a peaceful and secluded get away. The main building is very beautiful and has old world charm, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place for travellers who want to relax and have some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. We loved our time here and look forward to returning.

This hotel was real discovery for me. Since I was need to stay for a night in Royan not all hotels in Royan can propose check in after 7 p.m. The Cit’Hotel Atlantis was that ideal opportunity for me. The owner of the hotel had obviously thought very hard about what their guests would need to make their stay more comfortable. The rooms had safes, coffee and tea, air conditioning and tv.

Even though I was traveling alone, the receptionist wanted to charge me as if there were two people staying. She became very impertinent and in a very bad manner agreed to charge only the rates for one person, just as she should have done from the beginning.

Very poor quality hotel especially e105 per double room per night. No visible fire escape routes on the 3rd. floor. Had to ask for coffee and sugar sachets every nights and begs a kettle and cups for the room. The shower was an apology for one. Noisy fan from the restaurant next door. Will not be returning.

Excellent location in the middle of the town. The house has three floors and beautiful wooden staircase irradiates an atmosphere of tranquility. Our room had a nice size, comfortable bed and window in the bathroom. All appeared very clean and well maintained. Almost no noise in the night. The hotel was beautiful, large light and airy rooms, and very friendly staff. Location is perfect right in the centre of Biarritz with overnight parking a couple of minutes walk away for €19. The weather was terrible so we’ve booked again next week on our way back up from Spain, so we can have a proper look round.

Bed was huge but hard. No duvet supplied apart from a single draped over the bottom, not enough for March especially for 2 people! Needed facilities for making a hot drink either in the room or from a vending machine. All in all an ok night but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the welcome to the room including the breakfast which was complete, very good reception. The receptionist was very helpful thanks to her! The only microdefect was a door that closed poorly in the bathroom. I recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel, half way up the hill between the station and town centre. Helpful staff, good sized room with separate bathroom and WC. Excellent WiFi connection, good selection of channels on TV. Very original decor including industrial machines converted to tables and a vintage petrol pump!

Located very close to the centre of Sarlat (10 mins walk) The rooms are a bit outdated however the service, breakfast, garden and pool very good.

We absolutely loved our time here. The breakfast each morning was so pretty looking out onto the garden, dinner each night was delicious. The pool was a welcome reprieve from the sun on a hot afternoon.

Booked this hotel because it was a 10 minute walk from old town and had a swimming pool and airco. We had a 2 bedroom chalet in the garden next to the swimming pool. Only thing we didn't like was the double bed had a hard mattress.
