A perfect example of a hotel experience suffering from noisy construction in the area. From my balcony there are two major building projects blocking my view. The noise is somewhat muted inside the room. But during working hours (~9am-6pm) it is unbearable from the balcony to the point that I can't even hear car horns honk (and that's saying something). And these projects won't be ending soon unless the owners run out of money to launder.....I stayed in a "Twin Room with City View." The room itself is okay except for the uncomfortable chairs and lack of electrical outlets (if the fridge is plugged in then there are no outlets except by the bedside). The room is clean and of adequate size. Shower has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water but the nozzle won't adjust downward so I had to hold it in my hand. The bed is comfortable but the sheets are too small and don't fit the bed. The balcony is private and the lift is modern. Check-in was easy.....If possible, come to any hotel or apartment in Batumi before you book and listen for construction noise. I don't know who is allowing this unneeded housing construction in Batumi but it is ruining the experience for residents and tourists.

In Georgia this was my favorite stay. In the heart of Batumi close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the people were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Finally. I really enjoyed my stay here. I would highly recommend it

Perfect location, walking distance from the centre and the beach. Great breakfast, the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. Comfortable room/ shower/ bed, great value for money location in Batumi. Highly recommend.

We booked last minute per phone to find a place to stay with our dog and cat for the night. This was no problem at all. Very friendly, family-owned hotel. Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious and freshly-made with a nice veggie salad. Thank you for letting us stay!

Helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, good location, very affordable prices. The room was good and had everything we needed, not luxurious vibes though. Many windows and a pleasant balcony. The ventilation brought bad smells to the toilet from other rooms from time to time, not much though. We stayed for four nights and I could stay here again.

I was very comfortable. I had a large room which was immaculately clean, a great shower, and very fast WiFi. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is really within walking distance of anywhere in central Batumi. Several of the staff spoke English, too.

Hotel is excellent the fifth floor is with nice view its near to everywhere location is perfect one lady in the reception is so nice but one guy has no experience at all how to deal with costumers .
