Not my first time, its very good location, and the people on the reception are great

It's was wonderful, the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good at normal time for tourists from 9am to 11am. There was no safe box in the room. Location excellent,in old city of Batumi.

The very best part of Hotel Eiffel is the staff--super responsive, kind, and exceeding all expectations. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are very nice. There is no elevator, and the hotel has five floors with rooms spread across them. Still, value for money is outstanding.

We stayed at Eiffel Hotel during our dragonboat race in Batumi. Nika and his team was very helpful, way back months from we were arranging the stay - to the moment we arrive - until our last day, he & his team went an extra mile to attend to our needs. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request, and yes we asked for plenty of request and all has been arranged perfectly...

Such an amazing stay. Super friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 3 am and the attendant walked me to a parking spot and then recommended a diner that was open to grab a quick meal. Great location a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk to Old Town. I will be back!!

I was in this hotel a few months ago and it left a very unserious impression on me. I didn't like either the service or the staff, so my rating will be 0. It's a shame that we haven't learned service in Georgia yet. Good luck.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

I recommend Eurasia hotel for a stay in Batumi. Very clean and quiet, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. At a reasonable price. Manager is very considerable and helpful. Next time I'll stay at that hotel.

Location is pretty good, within around 10 minutes walk to the main boulevard. In the area plenty of good restaurants and caffe's. Also the cash exchanges places. Clean rooms, wonderful hosts. We've stayed here twice and are happy with everything. The rooms have a kitchen and even dishes, so you can cook your own meals. All the necessary shops are nearby. Close to the waterfront. There's a nice park nearby.

The hotel was a good value imo. The rooms were quite modern but a bit tacky. I think I got the room with the broken shower glass because mine was missing :D. Service not the best, quite chaotic.

Great place to stay, everything like new and clean.

Excellent room that was large. Everything worked great including shower and wi-fi.....Work desk, fridge and kettle provided.....Bright lighting.....Balcony had outstanding view.....Front desk is active 24/7.....Abit removed from central Batumi but plenty of markets nearby and the bus stop is right across the street where bus #12 goes to central Batumi.

It is very friendly reception with Nana. She answers all my questions very quick. Even i did not need to book from Booking.com. Rooms are very clean and silent. Location is close to restaurants and coffee and Public transport to Tiblisi, Kutaisi and Sarpi.

I haven't stayed as they were overbooked, but I give 5 stars for the nice staff. The receptionist placed me in another hotel (a more expensive one) for the same price, walked with me to check if I'm fine and was extremely sweet.

The hotel is a bummer, but the price for the rooms is adequate. Equipment and furniture are out of order. In some places, the floor tiles are swollen and pose a danger to guests. Not a single door closes properly. The hotel has accumulated many defects that need to be eliminated. The rooms have a strong cigarette smell. The staff is good.

If you are heading to Batoumi then staying at this small cozy hotel is the perfect option. I have stayed there for one night and I paid 110 Larry after negotiating, The room was OK but the AC wasn’t talking perfectly, The ladies and the reception didn’t know much English, but they were super sweet.

Luxor Hotel was good. Good price for a pretty big room, close to many of Batumi's good places. Food was also good, delicious. There were also a lot of good series like laundry and stuff. I would totally recommend coming here for any type of vacation with your friends or family or even alone!

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from the sea. Personal is very friendly and helping. However, there's high level of humidity. Not sure if it's the inly place, maybe it's everywhere in Batumi.. I realy enjoyed staying there. And they are also selling homemade wine.

It's a ideal hotel to stay batum for a couple of days. Good price and sufficient rooms. There is available spaces for car parking.

From Antika hotel's location, one can easily get to the old city of Batumi and to the Holy Mother Virgin Nativity Cathedral. This place has a good connection to the public transport stops and also, you can get to Batumi Central Park, Batumi Boulevard and other sites or Black Sea beach by foot in 15-20 minutes. Rested for the eighth time. I like the location. And not the suburbs, but a quiet center. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant Kalakuri, and you do not need to walk far in the evening. Great rock beach with cleanest water in whole Adjara. Great view on mountains. I personally drove every day from Batumi to Sarpi just for that water.
