The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions. The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel. WiFi was excellent.

The Hotel is very clean and close to the local bus station where long distance buses depart. That's why we chose to stay here. The owner is very nice and the facilities were good. There is a massive hotel building program going on in Batumi right now. Modern Western style hotels are springing up only a few minutes walk from the Old town So why stay right in the centre with its casinos, massage parlours and noisy cars and impatient taxi drivers? Especially when the owner seems disinterested in how his hotel runs.
