The very best part of Hotel Eiffel is the staff--super responsive, kind, and exceeding all expectations. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are very nice. There is no elevator, and the hotel has five floors with rooms spread across them. Still, value for money is outstanding.

It's was wonderful, the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good at normal time for tourists from 9am to 11am. There was no safe box in the room. Location excellent,in old city of Batumi.

We stayed at Eiffel Hotel during our dragonboat race in Batumi. Nika and his team was very helpful, way back months from we were arranging the stay - to the moment we arrive - until our last day, he & his team went an extra mile to attend to our needs. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request, and yes we asked for plenty of request and all has been arranged perfectly.
The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable plus the fact that their location was very near to our race area which is Nuri Lake, choosing their hotel was definitely a right choice.
Overall, our experience was fantastic and would highly recommend the hotel when staying in Batumi.

Such an amazing stay. Super friendly and very helpful. I arrived at 3 am and the attendant walked me to a parking spot and then recommended a diner that was open to grab a quick meal. Great location a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk to Old Town. I will be back!!

I like this hotel very much. Really good rooms for their standards, nice, clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast always tasty and fresh with wide range of meal choice. Located in the city centre. Less than a minute walk to the park, 5 minutes to the sea. Highly recommended.
