It's a good place! We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had two rooms. We found this hotel to be the most good in its price range among the nearby hotels. This place can be described by the phrase, "It isn't the place that graces the man, but the man that graces the place”. We were greeted by a very polite manager who was available 24/7, and I can say, that it is one of the most politeness manager I’ve ever met!

A very nice hotel. Clean and tidy, delicious breakfast, and friendly owners. There's a well-developed infrastructure nearby: beaches, parks, food, coffee, and fruit.

Facilities: The facilities are basically in place, there is hot water, and the location is particularly good. The service is very friendly and they even lent me an umbrella.

The location is fantastic! It's very convenient to various attractions, with a small supermarket nearby and popular restaurants nearby. The service is attentive and considerate. The room was very comfortable, making it a hotel worth staying in for an extended stay.

the hotel location is the best I've ever seen it is close to everything, the farthest tourist attraction was max. 15 mins by walking so i highly recommend. the guy in the reception even helped us booking our bus tickets etc. and they have breakfast. for this price i dont know if anyone could find any better. i will probably come back again to this hotel, i just wished they had toothbrush and shampoo and stuff like that

The staff is professional and kind. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is good. The only thing we would improve is the beds.

The hotel staff are good, and the price-performance ratio is good, only breakfast is not included and costs 140 lari.

The room was nice and relatively quiet at night. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The driver was very welcoming and recommended a link for buying a CityBus bus to Kutaisi.
