Family with 2 kids and 1 babe.
Never ever reserved this hotel.
The service is terrible!
1. We arrived and they only have steers, we couldn’t get up the stroller and also the language’s.
2. The second room that we received, wasn’t the one that we ordered. Only after we sow the room , we complain and we received the room we original order.
3. The reception staff they smoke in front of the hotel. All the smoke enter in the lobby and also in near rooms.
We told the receptionist and the answer was: “ everyone smoke here !”

the hotel breakfast was not tasty and there were 2 girls who looked at us strangely and spoke aggressively (the ones who made the breakfast)

We stayed for two nights and had no knowledge that cleaners would be coming in daily. There was no “do not disturb sign”either (which we would usually put on the door).
Once we got back to our room we found that the CLEANERS HAD STOLEN FROM US and our possessions were completely rearranged. We searched the room multiple times.
We went to the reception to ask about this and he said he would contact the cleaning service, however this was never followed up and not sure if he even did call them.
Unfortunately due to the staff essentially never being at the desk we never got the chance to ask again.
Disappointed as it would have been a nice hotel otherwise but have to give one star. Just would have liked some compensation or at least have someone own up to it, but absolutely no action was taken.

Great location right in the old town! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. A perfect spot to stay while exploring Batumi.

The receptionist staffs are outstanding, available 24 hours. The rooms are very good, close to all the main attractions.
Since it’s in old city traffic would be a bit hectic. Not sure about having parking

The hotel was located in awesome place, everything was close to the center because the hotel itself is in the middle of the center five or 10 minutes ride to any malls The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They were so sweet to me. Asking me every single details about the room about the heating about the how I felt in the room. How’s the size for me and I love this place. I would recommend for anybody rooms was big and they were cleaning every day. I love the reception guys midha tato and especially sweets gio i would even call him mr helpfull

Old Garden Hotel provides an exceptional stay, boasting a prime location and an outstanding staff. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The comfortable bed and tasteful decor added to the overall positive experience. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was limited, and the quality could be improved. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience at Old Garden Hotel was highly positive. The excellent location and exceptional staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, comfort rooms, a very good location The Hotel is in Hart of Batumi, and you can reach to restaurants and attractions, within walking distance. It is valuable for the money that you pay for it, I recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 days as a part of our Georgian round-trip, rooms are clean, nice and there was cleaning every day. Breakfasts were okay too. Staf was helpful with good english. We got everything what was in our booking. I recommend this place.
