Excellent location, friendly owners, very spacious room with comfortable beds and even a bathtub and balcony. It’s a bit of a hidden location, but once found it’s great. Even parking was arranged in a safe spot.

Very good accommodation for the price we paid , The owner is very friendly and very nice and hospitable. When we arrived there was issue from our side and the owner reacted in professional way and was very supportive

The little houses are wonderful!! Clean and cozy. Mandarin trees, flowers, birds singing. I saw kiwis growing for the first time 🥝 😱 The hosts are very welcoming and kind

What an awesome person she is. There is also a Nice garden outside with sitting area and grill We really enjoyed our staying and definitely recommend it

Excellent place to stay, Maya, the host, embodies the spirit of hospitality. Beautiful views from the room and delicious breakfast for a modest price.

the house is very modern with just 10 well-equipped rooms with balconies, private bathrooms and AC (which you need in summer since it can get very hot) and a common terrace. The view is amazing on the green hills

They bring you wine, coffee, snacks, fruits etc and take care of each guest personally. It is a family run holiday house so there is 24/7 someone there for you. You can also order traditional Georgian breakfast

The hotel is near to the very beautiful botanical garden where you can hit the beach like nowhere else near Batumi. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! There is nothing negative to say

Excellent hotel for reasonable money

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Breakfast doesn’t have much options.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in several years of traveling the globe as a digital nomad. First of all, the food is excellent, both in quantity and in quality

Good choice by car. Clean, very confortable rooms.

Secondly, my room was clean and the wifi was very fast. Finally, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting Batumi

Nice and helpful staff, nice room. The only minus is far from the sea, and the road to the sea is crowded, the market and construction shops, it is inconvenient with children.
