Generally a nice place. Location is perfect. Breakfast, even in low season, is good. Single rooms miss proper ventilation sorely, they become too moist after taking a shower. Bathrooms are large and comfortable.

The price includes breakfast, quite monotonous, but standard, as in many hotels. Bathrobe, slippers, shower gel. There is a hairdryer in the room and an iron in the common corridor, which you can use for free

The most important thing is the location on the beautiful Piazza square, where there are cafes, and in the evenings artists perform on the stage and you can spend the evening without going far from the hotel

It's an interesting experience to stay in an area where you would visit as a tourist somehow already. Room was so small but proper and comfortable. I cannot find anything to complain including price tag

Best choice for young people. Amazing views of the black sea, the city and the mountains. Nice facilities too. The staff were so nice and helpful. It is a family owned business. This is my room view

Arrival and Room The hotel driver picked us up at the airport. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quickly and were upgraded to a bigger room on the 38th floor

Some Facts: - The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). # I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Breakfast doesn’t have much options.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

In September oranges are ready and very good. But you serve orange juice from glass bottle. Waiters at the restaurant need some more training. I can’t finish up my request and they already run away

Great hotel with spacious room and nice view at the dining area. The hotel is only 11mins walk to Batumi Boulevard and beach which makes it excellent in terms of location

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

Best choice between cost/quality

Rooms were good but the shower was not comfortable to use. Room service was ok ok and the in house restaurant closed early for dinner during my stay. Breakfast was mediocre.

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Perfect location for a last night in Batumi if you have an early flight. 5 min walk to the airport. Spacious rooms, a pool, good reception. Wi-Fi is breaking up on the floors, plus no restaurant in the hotel.

Nice and helpful staff, nice room. The only minus is far from the sea, and the road to the sea is crowded, the market and construction shops, it is inconvenient with children.

It is quite a busy restaurant with huge portions and good food. Some dishes might take longer as we finished our lunch and still had to wait for the last dish. Most of the staff is friendly and speak several languages

All in all it came out to 40€. The service was excellent and the waiting time was minimal. The waiter cleaned dirty dishes, was interested in everything. The kebab portion is huge, but there were bones

Best hotel i have ever been to in batumi

Localization is a Little bit far from the center but rooms and service are ok. Breakfast could have more veggies and coffe was not so good but in general our stay was ok.
