Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

Nice hotel. Super location. We left at 6 am and get the take away breakfast. Only disadvantage was that we had to wait until 1.30pm despite we were told to come on 12.00. Clean rooms. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size
Even though not all of them speak great English, they do everything they can to support you — they even helped us get bus tickets, which was way beyond their job
The location is pretty good, close to tourist spots and also local shops and services. For a 4-star place it was totally fine, and breakfast was decent too. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay
Many shops around in the area as you can find groceries and Turkish restaurants. The view of the rooms are wonderful as you can see the sea and the city from the top. There is a kettle with coffee and tea
People in the reception desk were friendly and the pullman was ready to pick up our luggages to our rooms. Cleaning services are available everyday. Slippers, body lotion and small shampoo are available

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in September. It was so cozy, beautiful, and homey. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center (10-15 minutes), and the beach is about a 20-minute walk away
A wonderful hotel! It has its own unique feature (a wine cellar) and wine tastings from the owner. The restaurant on the 6th floor has stunning terraces and magnificent views of Batumi
The intimate courtyard is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and welcoming! We will definitely be back next year

The location is good for transportation because there is a bus stop right opposite the hotel where you can take a bus to get to the city center every 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel rooms are comfortable and peaceful at nights

We booked a room in 15th floor But duo to some unknown condition they gave us a Suite in 9th floor. Well the suite was good with a very nice balcony. But the view of the sea was not the thing I estimated

The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean

Cosy Hotel located on the outskirts of Batumi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy it was. The level of cleanliness exceeded what you would typically find in hotels in Batumi

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Batumi, right opposite Europe Square, housed in a historic building with an astronomical clock. This IHG hotel opened at the end of December 2025
Housekeeping was excellent – a big thank you to the staff – and the toiletries were high-quality, with hygiene kits (toothbrushes and other amenities) provided upon check-in
The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, in the old town, close to the singing fountains alley and the promenade. It's clean, with white linens, and an excellent, tasty breakfast
On the downside, the shower drain wasn't working. After a shower, the entire bathroom and toilet were ankle-deep in water. The room had a window, but it was half-blocked by a wall and half by stained glass

I Usually stayed in Chao hotel When I was in Batumi, This is my lovely Family hotel with excellent food and friendly welcome. The hotel visitors sometimes are the world famous people and celebrities
Hotel Chao is one of the rare hotels that I researched and found during my first Batumi trip and did not regret it. I did not encounter any problems at the hotel where I stayed for four days on my own
At the reception, young and intelligent friends, especially Levan Bey, George, Shota and Nika, were very helpful in every way, it is a reliable hotel that makes you feel comfortable
Clean and well maintained room. The only downside, the street side rooms are noisy, so you have to have your windows closed and an air conditioner on.
But Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and amenities were good sea view was good overall Good value for money. We would like to stay more when we visit Batumi again in future
