Waiting for the elevator was a disaster; we could wait longer than half an hour. Other than that, we were generally happy. Being in a central location was a big advantage, and the view was fantastic
The cleanliness and room comfort are excellent. This is a true value-for-money hotel. I've stayed in many hotels for the same or even higher prices. It offers excellent breakfast and a perfect location
The hotel's location is excellent, 10-15 minutes from the sea, with attractions within walking distance. There's a balcony with a beautiful view of the old town. Our room wasn't cleaned when we checked in

When we checked in, we weren't told anything about cleaning the room. It hadn't been cleaned for three days, so we went to reception to confirm. Apparently, you have to ask for it to be cleaned every time
The door frame on the bathroom side had also swelled from moisture. The shower has no door, which is likely why everything was swollen. The WiFi only works near the door and in the bathroom

Everything was great: the personnel, the rooms, the location. BUT the flashing illumination on the facade of the opposite building is nuts! The person who had the idea to install it has to be fired
The flashing light is so irritating. The curtains do not protect you at all. It makes it all look like a cheap Luna park
The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean
Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing
In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water
The location is very convenient if you need to go to the sea, walk around the city, or go somewhere. The hotel is visible from afar. The hotel lobby is European-domestic. The room is spacious and comfortable
There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests

I have already chosen my choice of Hotel Elegance several times and still when I have to go to Batumi I will definitely and with pleasure visit Hotel Elegance. It is about a 5 minute walk from the beach
Nice rooms, recently renovated. Once with a friend when I was traveling and another time by myself. For the price it's clean, has good internet, smart TVs, very good AC and a balcony. Good location also with lots around

The hotel is in a very convenient and beautiful location, in the old town, close to the singing fountains alley and the promenade. It's clean, with white linens, and an excellent, tasty breakfast
On the downside, the shower drain wasn't working. After a shower, the entire bathroom and toilet were ankle-deep in water. The room had a window, but it was half-blocked by a wall and half by stained glass

Localization is a Little bit far from the center but rooms and service are ok. Breakfast could have more veggies and coffe was not so good but in general our stay was ok.
I stayed in a terrace room with a stunning view of the Black Sea. It was a delight to have direct access to the beach without any obstacles or gardens blocking the view

Hotel Chao is one of the rare hotels that I researched and found during my first Batumi trip and did not regret it. I did not encounter any problems at the hotel where I stayed for four days on my own
At the reception, young and intelligent friends, especially Levan Bey, George, Shota and Nika, were very helpful in every way, it is a reliable hotel that makes you feel comfortable
Clean and well maintained room. The only downside, the street side rooms are noisy, so you have to have your windows closed and an air conditioner on.

This is a residential building where the entire 9th floor is dedicated to a hotel. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, there is also a 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, and many restaurants nearby
The hotel is actually one floor in a 23 storey building. Construction quality is low, walls are thin. The location is on a main street, where there is a permanent traffic jam till 2 in the morning

Nice hotel. Super location. We left at 6 am and get the take away breakfast. Only disadvantage was that we had to wait until 1.30pm despite we were told to come on 12.00. Clean rooms. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size
