- The location is excellent, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside area and the European Square, but it's a 25-minute walk or about a 7-minute drive if the road is clear

Cons: - The apartment entrance is shared with the club, and the door isn't very obvious, like the first time you've been to the hotel (if you hadn't seen a picture of the door beforehand, you wouldn't have known it was the entrance)

After entering, you're surprised to find there's no reception! The reception is upstairs on the first floor inside the club! There's no sign or indication that the reception is inside the club

The best hotel we stayed at Georgia. Amazing location, big rooms and amazing service. Unlimited water and good wifi available. Very comfortable and all major attractions reachable by foot. Most recommended!

Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room

We chosen this place for it location, but comes out it is so cozy, frienly anf "feels like a home " place

liked it so much, if i visit Batumi one more time, i would definitely prefer Venezia.

The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, the staff is very sweet and very kind. I sprained my ankle and was hesitant to ask for help at first, but then I couldn't resist and asked for help and they were very helpful

The best part for me personally was the breakfast, authentic Georgian breakfasts and all of the staff. They were so helpful with everything. They was someone constantly there 24/7 to talk to

Stayed here for a night - triple room It is located right next to the city's main sights - all at a walkable distance There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby The owners are very friendly and stay in the ground floor It is a beautiful place having old world charm

Even your friend wouldn't bother themselves to find a pharmacy for you at 2 am, though. Most of the family member knows English so it's very easy to get along. Thanks for the hospitality and kindness

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions

5 kilometers away, but I liked walking, looking at the city, people. Very friendly, hospitable, colorful nation, with delicious cuisine. Nowhere I met drunk, not adequate. I recommend visiting this part of the world

There is air conditioning, which is important ☝️ the bed is soft, comfortable, the bathroom is combined with a toilet, but this does not bother you at all! Everything is clean, tidy, tidy

We visited the casino on our Batumi trip, it was our second time in casino and the first time was terrible in Bucharest. This time it was different - the staff was friendly and everybody smiling and welcoming

It’s a fine budget apartment with a good location, but before you checkin, there is no hot water and there is no lifts to carry your luggage from parking.

The location is perfect — right next to a lovely park with a pond, very close to the old town, and surrounded by plenty of fruit and veggie shops, restaurants, and cafés

Nice hotel, friendly staff, responded to all our requests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient. Central location and relatively close to everywhere. The hotel has three floors, no elevator.

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

We stayed there for 5 days. The hotel is nice, breakfast was delicious and the room size is good. Also, there were a friendly staff

We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

Clean, sanitary, fully equipped, no odor, on the hillside (the old town of Tbilisi is a mountain town with slopes everywhere, but fortunately the local taxi drivers are very enthusiastic and will always send you to the door), with an exclusive courtyard, very warm and beautiful

My guests did not like. Rooms need repire. It was not clear. Good location, in old city, but all time problem with parking.

The rooms are very comfortable and the owner approaches you with a friendly relationship and you won’t be treated as a costumer. Every question will be answered and sometimes he even offers his service

A wonderful ladies-owned hotel with extra services in the centre of Batumi. We did not try the extra services, but the ladies were wonderful: very kind and pampering, full of love and care

Needless to say that the hotel is very central in the old town and every part of Batumi is easily reached, by the cab and my foot

A delicious and hearty Breakfast, friendly owners. There is a free Shuttle service and an early check in (if rooms available nalichii), close to the sea. No colorful appearance (surrounded by Soviet high-rises)

I recommend Eurasia hotel for a stay in Batumi. Very clean and quiet, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. At a reasonable price. Manager is very considerable and helpful. Next time I'll stay at that hotel.

The hotel was a good value imo. The rooms were quite modern but a bit tacky. I think I got the room with the broken shower glass because mine was missing :D. Service not the best, quite chaotic.
