The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel itself is a restaurant, and the food was quite good. Breakfast was a set menu, and we tried everything – it was all delicious

But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient

We walked along the embankment every day; it's very large and beautiful! Near the hotel there are many currency exchange offices, shopping centers, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice and recommend it

What really stood out was the hospitality: everything was spotless, and on the day we checked out, they even packed us lunch to take with us — such a thoughtful touch! The only small downside was that housekeeping didn’t replenish the shampoo after the first day
