Minor: the rooms are small for twin beds. Air conditioning was going on non-stop and we couldn’t bring down the temperature. It was hot sometimes.
The Bad: a non-stop stream of unwanted emails, before, during, and after the stay. Much more than is customary for a "normal" hotel. For this reason, only 3 stars
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice, always greeting with a smile and ready to help with any inquiries to make my stay even more enjoyable. Another big plus was the hotel's location, conveniently close to the metro, making it super easy to navigate around Munich and visit all the sights.
I highly recommend Hotel PLAZA Premium München to anyone visiting this wonderful city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this hotel is a fantastic choice!
