There was an employee i forgot to ask his name but he was really kind.
I didn't had adapter for charging my phone but he give one. HE WAS SUPER HERO.

The bed was comfortable and clearly well prepared, offering a reliable place to rest after long days. The mattress provided steady support, and the clean, neatly arranged linens added to a sense of care and comfort. Settling in each night felt easy, and sleep came naturally in the calm environment of the room. Beyond the bed, the space itself was tidy and thoughtfully laid out, making daily use simple and pleasant. Everything functioned smoothly, without minor inconveniences or disruptions. The overall atmosphere remained quiet and consistent throughout the stay, which helped maintain a relaxed routine. Taken together, the experience felt balanced and well managed, providing a straightforward and comfortable place to unwind.

Nice location 25mins can arrive Oktoberfest,there is a 24h mini store nearby,clean and tidy.

I stayed in this hotel for about four days. I found the neighbourhood had good resources in walking distance. It was easy to walk and get around from here. Convenient for the subway that was only a block and a half away, and the bus/tram that was about three blocks away. After hours, the security door restricts access. Just ask if you are planning to arrive late at night, it is not difficult to return. Bed, AC, electrical, and shower was fine, it was a challenge to find an electrical adapter nearby. The shanpoo/shower gel was nothing special. Staff was friendly and the breakfast looked popular, but I did not try it.

The person who checked us in at night was very nice! Very carefully explained how to use the password lock and how to drive the car into the underground parking lot. The room was OK and clean. My dad and I both brought large luggage and it was no problem to open it up in the room. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. Although it was small, it did not affect the use!
I don’t know why in the morning, we booked a room with breakfast for two people, but it didn’t show up at the front desk. Later, we took out our booking email to the front desk, and it said that each room includes breakfast for two guests. However, the lady at the front desk said that the room price we booked should only include breakfast for one person... Anyway, in order to save trouble, we paid for breakfast for one person on the spot 🤷♀️
I think the breakfast is pretty good! There are so many varieties! And the mint tea they prepared was delicious!
There is a gas station next to the hotel, and there is a Norma supermarket a few hundred meters behind it, which is quite convenient!
The hotel has an underground parking lot with a very narrow entrance. We parked there for one night and paid 10 Euros, which I think is ok! At least it saves you the trouble of finding a parking space!
