Munchen, Bayerstraße 31, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Extremely close to Munich Central Station, which is super convenient. The interior is very clean and pretty standard, nothing to complain about. The breakfast should score quite well.
The location was great. I took the subway to the hotel after the exhibition, stayed one night, and then took the train to Austria. The hotel was within walking distance of the central train station. The beds were large, although the breakfast was relatively simple. The staff were exceptionally friendly.
Facilities: The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are somewhat dated. However, it has all the essentials, and the room size is excellent for its size compared to other European hotels. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, but there was a slight odor typical of older hotels. Location: The location is absolutely superb! Just a short walk from Munich's main railway station, making it convenient...
The room was clean and cozy, quiet even on the ground floor. The breakfast was adequate, but lacked variety, offering the same options as in most mid-range hotels. The only downside is that there's no kettle or mugs in the room, so you can't have tea in your room.
Centrally located just at train station. Clean rooms. Actually quiet for the central location. Very friendly staff. I will come back the next time.
My room was clean and bright with a big bathroom. Nice view facing the train station :) staff were all welcoming and helpful! I stayed close to Xmas and they gave me a bar of chocolate as gift! So sweet, I’m grateful! Location is great, 1 min walk from Hauptbahnhof station and 5-15 min walk from all old town spots! Great value. Highly recommend.

Super basic which is to be expected from the price. However, the hotel is partly under construction and we awoke to deafening noise at around 8 am. It was so loud that there was no way we could have spent time in the room while it was ongoing. Needless to say this was super disappointing.

Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!
Perfect for what i needed, very close to the underground do easy enough to get onto the city. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot.
Lufthansa bus dropped us off 5 minute walk to hotel. Close to subway for easy access to oktoberfest
Clean but dated hotel Stayed overnight. Room clean but small. Bathroom dated with only 2 mid size towels offered

great hotel if you are in the area of Unterföhring. great staff!
Good stay overall. Budget accommodation especially during Oktoberfest. Commute is a bit odd if you want to go to city centre, however you can take the train which is about 15 min walk. Decent breakfast options. Rooms were well maintained
Modern, clean hotel Clean and modern hotel. Easy check, staff friendly, about 1 km walk to train station. Breakfast was good.
Lovely hotel, peaceful and quiet and ideally located with countryside just in the corner
I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can't express enough how incredible my experience was! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth and professionalism that I knew I was in for a special stay. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could ever need. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the...

1. There's no kettle in the room, and the complimentary water is sparkling water, so I haven't been able to make tea for two days. 2. The shower screen in the bathroom is poorly designed; water always splashes out onto the floor when I shower, which feels cheap. The soundproofing in the room is decent, and the hotel location is very convenient. There's a REWE supermarket right across the street, making...
Everything with the hotel was fine. The ladies at the reception desk were kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was just above S-Bahn/U-Bahn station. There was a supermarket close to the hotel. The room was quite clean. Only downside that I can mention is the internet connection. The wi-fi connection was impossible at the room, however, it was working in the hallway. For such a good hotel for...
Nicely located on the Airport S Bahn, U Bahn, and perfect for a day trip away to a city further north. Basic amenities but good value.
Description of past guests have been helpful. It's about 5min from Feldmoching station. Super market "REWE" 🫰next to hotel. Cafe & bakery just opposite 🫰walking distance. Room was good & clean👍. Very approachable reception staff. Overall good location away from hustle downtown 👍
The following is the comment of staying for 2 nights. 1. The breakfast was so good and 2. Transportation was also very nice 3. The room of l size was so spacious

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and warm. We stayed there for the Iranian Revolution event on February 14, and many Iranians were there. In the evenings we gathered in the lobby to talk, and the staff were always patient and kind with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.❤️
The room was very clean, beautiful, and spacious, with a cozy atmosphere. The hotel itself looks very nice. However, despite all of this, I was quite dissatisfied with some practical issues. The lighting at both the bathroom mirror and in the room was very poor, making it difficult to do my makeup, I often had to use my phone’s flashlight because the ceiling light was too dim. For me, this was a daily...
We went for Christmas markets in Germany. The hotel is a bit far from the city and the nearest station is about 15 mins walk.
The hotel was basic yet very good. Clean, polite staff and room with all that you need. The location is 15-20 mins from anywhere you want to go in the city, with bus and Ubahn stops very near. Area is very safe as well, recommended. Very good value for money.
Very simply but enough good. Budget travel could consider to stay here.
Recommend this hotel for Munich stay, , good location, clean, supermarket are just next door and also restaurant are around. Friendly service, quiet area. Affordable price.

A great hotel, good location, around 30 minutes from Odeonsplatz, accessible via U5 which is 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles München Perlach. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, very clean, modern, and high-class. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Munich!
The hotel is in an excellent location, with a metro station right next to it. From there, the U5 line takes you directly to the city center. The hotel offers parking for €15 per day, with easy access to the reception by elevator. The rooms are very cozy and nicely decorated. Hygiene is at the highest level—everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast at the hotel is also excellent and varied, with both...

We went for the hotel as we had errands near by that we needed to finish. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. Beautiful hotel and perfectly located. It’s only a 20-minute train ride to the city centre. The room is bright and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the kettle in the room was really dirty. When checking out, the staff kept hinting that I should pay in cash, which made me try several different cards.
The hotel is located in the Olympic Park. Parking is charged, but it is very convenient. The room has a large bed and a bunk bed. The luggage rack fell down by itself. The lighting in European hotels is very dim.
I did a lot of research before booking, and I checked a lot. The online reviews said it was a comfortable stay. I will come again next time.
The hotel is located in the Olympic Village in Munich, where the 1972 Olympics took place. Therefore, these buildings are already 50 years old, though they appear well-maintained from the outside. The room was averagely clean; the mattress felt slightly unwashed, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety. Very good locations just 10 minutes’ walk around the main train station. The service is also very good. The staff at the check desk is very friendly and warm. Outside the window are straight views. The hotel is just 5 mins away from the central station, very convenient but only there were some gangs that need to be careful of. 15 mins walk to the old town. Staff is super nice, especially the night-shift receptionist who offered us some tips for sightseeing! Haven't got the chance to enjoy the breakfast but they provided complimentary coffee and tea, which were far enough to begin the day.

The hotel was good, and the breakfast was delicious. Room cleaning isn't done every day; the cleaning staff comes every three days. Fresh towels are available at reception. Overall, a great hotel. Best regards and thank you for the lovely stay.
There's nothing to complain about - the location is ideal (near the subway), I had a spacious room with a comfortable bed :-) Cleanliness and service are also top-notch.
There were no major problems with the accommodation itself, but I was charged twice. It took me 20 minutes to verify the charge before I had to pay it back.
The room itself was very nice and the location is superb, the ubahn is right at the entrance and you can even get to the city centre my foot. Receptionists were welcoming and nice. On the first three floors you can hear the trains sometimes, and overall a lot of noise gets in your room from what is going on in the hotel. Service was great! The breakfast selection was nice and the room came with drinks that were topped up daily. Really appreciated the fact that they could arrange for breakfast to be packed before the official breakfast start time which was very useful on days when there were early trains to catch. As I stayed during the easter holidays, the hotel even gave easter chocolates!
A convenient hotel for getting around the city, clean and quiet.
We chose a hotel in the old town of Munich for our two days. All the attractions were within walking distance. The hotel was not large, but it was quiet. For our family trip, the other double room was spacious enough. Most importantly, the breakfast was good, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide variety of breads and desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied.
Excellent location and breakfast. Spacious room space and comfortable bed eventhough the single bed is a little bit smaller.
These hotels are within walking distance of the heart of Munich however there’s no free parking but there are two paid parking lots nearby.
The best thing about this hotel is its great location. It's only a few minutes' walk from Marienplatz, so I was able to return to the hotel for a break after sightseeing or shopping. The room also comes equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Although it's close to the downtown area, there was no noise and it was quiet. I'd like to stay here again next time.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and everything worked. Great location but room was not equiped with water kettle, and asked the counter service in which replied there is no way to boil water to make a cup of coffee which is quite disappointing
Prime location near Karlsplatz station – perfect for exploring Munich's old town and Oktoberfest! Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, though some lack windows and AC. Friendly staff and decent breakfast, but nightclub downstairs can be noisy weekends. Solid 7.6/10 value – great for budget travelers prioritizing location!
1. Lousy & oily breakfast. Diarrhea most of the time whenever taken the hotel breakfast. 2. Hotel has no reception after 11pm, anything happens you bear your own safety responsibility. 3. A russian bar right below the hotel rarher messy & noisy on Friday night after 9pm. 4. The only good point is the hotel location. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL.

A conveniently located, good value, quiet hotel just outside Munich's old town, with close proximity to the train, tram, and car rental companies. It was ok…wasn’t my favorite place of my trip around Germany. Located close to the main train station and close to the Marienplatz but I would have given it an extra star of all the staff was nice. The people at the front desk were great but the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff were rude. Not sure I would stay here again.
Staff nice, bed comfy. Value for money. Only negative a little smaller than expected as paid for a larger room, so can only guess how small the standard room would be
Staff was courteous and the room was clean. thing was that safe in the room was unavailable due to low battery
Nice place, good location, few doors down you can get a killer kebab. There's a nearby supermarkeylt called REWE which was handy.
Plus It was a pleasant stay, hotel staffs were friendly and they explained what I would need upon check-in. Clean and pretty close to the Munchen Central Station, and easy to access everywhere. Cons: A bit noisy during night because the hotel faces the Main Street, and you can hear the cleaning car when they pass. I would recommend to bring your favorite shampoo/conditioner or facial care goods.

In itself, this is a nice hotel. The location is central near the train station, and you can quickly reach the city center. She saw we were tired and gave us the rooms right away to get a break. Her warm smile made us feel very welcome. The rooms are sparkling clean. The hotel itself is modern and cozy and very unique. We walked every day to old town was only a 15 minutes...
Very comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast buffet. Huge selection and everything was healthy and delicious. The hotel was in walking distance of the Marienplatz. Great location.
Very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and you can walk to all the major attractions. We paid the same price for two rooms, and one of them had a swing, which the kids absolutely loved. Check-in is self-service, but since we weren't sure how to do it, the hotel staff kindly assisted us. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
