The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

This was our fifth time staying at this hotel, and each time we were delighted by how uncomplicated and friendly the staff were. We always managed to get a room, even during Oktoberfest. That's fantastic! Free parking right at the hotel (in the courtyard) – that's a real perk in Munich! It's also right next to the subway station. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning. The hotel is quite ok, the beds were good and the shower was also good, the breakfast, was a bit boring for my taste. The location is quite nice, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the center of the city , with The Metro There is a supermarket quite close, as well as other small shops including a pharmacy. so all in all, a quite ok hotel.

Fairly simple contemporary hotel with all that is needed for a short business stay. Good internet speed, quiet for a good sleep and a 5 minute walk from BMW digital if that is where you will be heading. It's also a 1 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get you to the city center or elsewhere. One thing that could be improved here is the breakfast which is a bit too basic for 4 star hotel.

The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Hotel was close enough within walking distance to Marienplatz (we were there for the Christmas markets) and the main train station was an easy 45 minute walk. This is a great value hotel for Munchen, they have family rooms with 2 double beds which are perfect for families with 2 children. The atmosphere in the hotel reminded me of eastern Europe or Russia for some reason.
