The 24-hour front desk service is excellent; they even thoughtfully arranged for me to freshen up when I arrived early. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, and their attention to detail made me feel very welcome. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, with soft bedding and all the essential amenities. The hotel's cafe offers a rich variety of breakfast options, and the coffee was superb. Overall, it's great value for money and an excellent choice for both sightseeing and short trips.

The breakfast was delicious! However, there was no hot water or slippers 💧. The environment was very clean, and it's conveniently located near a subway station, bus stop, and a shopping mall. Across the street is an exhibition center, and there were even some geese, haha. It's quite convenient overall.

Overall not bad. Location was not important as we were by car-plenty of parking space around.Bad is comfortable though the room smelled of a toilet. Breakfast is so-so, but fine. So for a quick stay for 1 night with kids is ok.

The room is smaller compared to the other H2 hotels ive stayed during this trip. There is not enough space for both my daughter and i to open both luggages and we had to move some of the furniture to fully open our luggages. I found some stain on the toilet bowl. Location is quite off and was saved by a mall about 5 min down.
Breakfast variety also seem lacking compared to my previous stay in other H2.
This is a no frill accomodation and for the price , overall is still value for money. Staff is wonderful :) which make up for many of the shortcomings

Not near to train station but near to exhibition hall. The toilet space is cramp and the ventilation fan is not working. The iron room - the iron is not working and no place to hang our item when getting to iron or after ironing. The hotel need to do a thorough refresh since it is charging quite a premium amount for the stay.

Our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing.
We were five Spaniards traveling to enjoy Oktoberfest, and from the very first day the problems started:
No Wi-Fi: they told us it was under repair, but after three days it still didn’t work.
No water: one night we returned to find the water supply had been cut off. Even worse, despite knowing the situation, they did not offer a single free bottle of water, and instead tried to charge €5 for half a liter.
No cleaning service: during the entire stay, our rooms were never cleaned or tidied.
Terrible breakfast: powdered juice, only apples as fruit, and very poor-quality pastries.
Unhelpful staff: when you complain that there’s no water, no Wi-Fi, and no basic services, the only answer you get is: “that’s the way it is.”
Poor facilities: the vending machine for tobacco didn’t work, and worst of all, the room smelled rotten every single day due to the pipes, plus there was a constant loud blower noise even with the air conditioning turned off.
Bad organization: at reception there were long lines with only one person attending, while other staff members were in the back chatting instead of helping customers.
On top of all this, the price is completely disproportionate to the quality of the services provided. We paid for a hotel that should guarantee basic amenities (water, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and decent service), but none of these were met.
In short, the treatment we received was awful, and the services that any hotel should provide simply did not exist.
I cannot give zero stars because it’s not possible, but I strongly do not recommend staying here.

1. The room was so dirty as we checkinn allreaday today.
2. I called rezeption about that rooms are dirty, but they says every 3 days they vleaning the rooms, but befor checkinn the rooms must be clean not so dirty.
2. The beds room are for babys not for a adult and at night in the room is spiders or somethigs else.

Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.

Good for a short stay. Very good location. Rooms clean. No water in the room. Breakfast ok, but the same every day (at least during my 3 nights' stay).
