The Pure, a Member of Design Hotels in Frankfurt am Main

Great location and exceptional service! I’ve stayed here twice, and both experiences were excellent. After checking out from my most recent stay, I realized I left two valuable items in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure the items were safely returned to me. I can’t recommend The Pure - and their incredibly helpful staff - highly enough!

Excellent service, all the staff are multilingual and super helpful. Happy to furnish me with additional amenities on request (kettle, iron & ironing board etc) Clean and tidy room. Excellent value for money.

I usually avoid hotels at all costs, but WOW, the Pure really impressed me. The design is actually really thoughtful, so in a very compact 1-person room you have all you need plus the feeling of being welcome: real clothes hangers that are not made theft-proof, a window into the bathroom for natural light, a bathroom fan that actually turns off when you flip the switch, a window that opens (!!!!! I almost fainted with delight), nice-smelling soap etc. in big quantities. It just feels like they are not trying to spare pennies on each guest - what a relief. Including a free welcome drink; I was totally stunned. Plus a great location near the train station, and super friendly service at the desk and the breakfast. Would stay again! Which is crazy to hear myself say!

Very close to the train station. Clean and well kept rooms. They are very small rooms. A nice, comfortable boutique hotel. The entire place is clean and modern.

The room is clean and cosy. Hair dryer is a little bit old. Service also very nice. They offer guests a free drink per person at the check-in day.
Location: 300m away from the central train station and far away from the "Rotlicht" zone. It's quiet at night.

As an external guest for meetings in the Lounge: very pleasant Lounge. courteous Service as of short-term guest.

The Pure is a beautiful blend of design hotel and acceptable prices. Yes, the rooms are not huge, and in the summer, they can be very very hot. But if you don't want to dance in a room can be found in the Pure is a beautiful and pleasant environment with love for Detail. And in the Lobby, and a Bar it is to be a really good place to. The Breakfast, incidentally, is for my taste very good and extensive.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great, easy location next to the central rail station, beautiful interiors, great indoor and outdoor lounges, quiet, delicious breakfast buffet included. Stay on the top floor, great terrasse overlooking the city.

Negative: Sauna was not hot enough to get a sweat on.

This one was tough. There are so many small things wrong, basically form over function issues. The style of this hotel is unique. But sometimes the design gets in the way. Chairs in the sauna rest area for example look cool but are way too short and uncomfortable. Shower is great optically but water pressure is too low. Rooms have an extremely modern touch but beds are too soft. Stuff like that. But: the sauna is one of the hottest I ever found in any hotel. The breakfast is pure excellence. And check out at 12, breakfast until 1pm? Yes. 5 stats!
Oh, one more thing: Wi-Fi can be spotty and slow.

Breakfast is excellent and fresh, the people are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms are decent and so is the food in the neighborhood despite its appearance. I'd definitely go back again.
