The room is large for me, the service is ok, but the coffee machine in my room needs to be cleaned inside.

Comfortable, clean, and good service.

This is the hotel where I've stayed the longest in Frankfurt. There's also a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away with a great atmosphere. Right across the street is a forest park, perfect for a morning run.

I booked the wrong place; it's a bit far from the exhibition hall, so I had to take a taxi. But the room was okay, and breakfast was decent. Across the street is a Woods restaurant 😂

The hotel is next to a supermarket that opens until 12am daily, which is very convenient. There are also many varieties of cuisine nearby and just opposite the hotel. It’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the main HBF, making it very convenient if you’re travelling by train. The hotel also has a gym, which makes it stand out. Great location, right above a pedestrian street. However, the room was tiny and the upper floor felt a bit like a maze.

The front desk service staffs are excellent. Very helpful with information and serves with a smile. The western breakfast spread is excellent and tables are always kept clean. Quaint location and spacious rooms. They have a good breakfast spread. Train station is not very accessible. Taxis and uber are available to reach the city.

My stay was in the middle of a large exhibition in Frankfurt and so the hotel was very full. However, the staff all maintained a friendly and helpful demeanour and the rooms were clean and warm. The menu for dinner is a little limited, but the food itself was well-cooked and tasty.

Shuttle bus only runs from 10am, is not ideal. Had to taxi to airport.

Clean and tidy. Mattress size of twin bed room is small but OK. Buffet breakfast is nice.

When I booked this hotel on the day we arrived in February through Best Western, we were given a spacious room with a fairly large kitchen. Using Trip.com, my room in the same hotel was almost half the size and half the kitchen size in April for more money after a discount. I probably won't use Trip.com again.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist....

No parking outside and they charge 28 euro for parking at night.

Location is very near train station is convenient. Hotel is near REWE family mart. Comes with kitchen - necessity items. Breakfast is nice, comes with a pancake machine! No airport shuttle. Hotel can arrange taxi for you.

Great location - just one-stop from the Frankfurt Airport. A good choice for those arriving Frankfurt late at night.

The location was not my preference. No direct train to the hotel from airport but no issue going to centre by train. Some shopping around the hotel but mostly offices. The other Moxy Centre has direct train to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are around the hotel.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!

the bathroom floor was cold and no bedroom slippers were provided. the showering area needs abit more coverage because an asian size can wet the whole floor after bathing, I wonder how it is for the others? toilet bowl is quite high, might be challenging for young kids to get up. tv casting doesnt work. room is basic, bed was flushed near the wall and has alot of space to open luggages. bed is comfy...

It is right next to the tram station. And not far from downtown. The reception lady was nice and gave me a lot of free water during my staying coz my sickness.

Amazing amazing amazing hotel. Very interesting and fun concept. They thought about everything and I mean everything. Also comp minibar with beer and wine are rare these days so that was amazing.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

Great hotel. I stayed here for one night due to a delayed flight. Although check-in was officially at 3 p.m, they gave me a room at 1 p.m. just when I arrived. Not a bad hotel. Rooms are clean and you will find everything you need. Really good breakfast. I would go someplace else for a dinner though, or at least avoid french fries. They make the worst fries I've ever had.

This hotel was great! The rooms need a little updating but were very clean. The staff was superb & the food was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel inside is very beautiful (lobby, bar etc). Staff are very polite. Room was clean, quiet, everything was working (tv, hot water, dryer). Over we hv a pleasant stay, hotel is on the opposite side of the side entrance at Frankfurt central station.  Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer).

The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water. The breakfasts are average. This is the worst hotel in this chain that I've been to.

The hotel itself is no issue but the location is! It’s right in the heart of the red light district and from the main train station, you walk through very sleazy streets to reach the hotel! I wished I read properly before booking! Nonetheless, the staff were great and the breakfast spread was good, minus the very rude plump male chef.

It's OK, the location is close to shopping malls.

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! My colleagues and I, we had lots of laughs talking to her! The gentlemen of the night shift is also very kind and always to ready to give all the info we needed. We would love to be back next tiem coming...

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

I booked without checking the review so I ended up staying in the most very scary location ever in my life. The hotel room was small and everything in the room was compacted especially the washroom. You would rarely get space to open your suitcase. There was always a cigarette and other smell coming to the room.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so going out wasn't really an option. However, the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus! 👍🏻

This hotel was very convenient and within a short walking distance from the Hbf. There was also a station right in front, which made getting around incredibly easy. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold at night. This was my third stay at the Europa Hotel – this time in the Europa Style style – and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the cleanliness is outstanding, which is particularly important to me. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Room hygiene needs to be improved

A decent hotel, very basic. Breakfast is decent, staff is friendly. Towels are very low quality, bed linen is acceptable.

We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. We had breakfast there too it was normal nothing surprising. They have a juice maker and pancake machine which were not working unfortunately

Poor service expensive breakfast. Requested beds to be split when booked. No reply. Asked to change room but was told no rooms left. Breakfast very expensive at 25 Euros each. Room looked very dated. Bar tender slow service.

The hotel was nice in a very good location and staff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable and all was clean. Breakfast was various but my favourite thing was their honey, because they actually make their own honey and this is super great. If you can buy a jar before to leave I do recommend it, was delicious.

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially

The outside needs some renovation as the paint is falling off the windows. The rooms are relatively small but have a desk if you need to work. It is located in a quiet residential area but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to the Messe also. The Service Personal could be more attentive. Not far from the city center, located in a quiet area, it is an excellent choice for short business stays. Small but comfortable rooms, well appointed, but two defects: electrical outlets placed next to the entrance door, about three meters from the desk (bring an extension cord to minimise the risks if you need to work) and bathroom open to the room. In mine the shower door did not close well, so...

The staff were really friendly! They all were able to communicate in English when we were struggling to speak in German. The breakfast was 10/10, lots to choose from, and our room was also great! We would definitely stay here again!

I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.

Location is perfect for visiting Messe. It would be great if the facilities are upgraded with a bit of sound insulation as it's quite close to the railway. Other than that, everything is meeting up with standards.

Charged minibar expense to my credit card without telling which I did not take anything from the minibar. Unable to ask for refund through Trip.com as it is simply useless to use the chat with hotel function to clarify this matter. Let this feedback be the trigger

Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by.

Location is right beside the central train station, which is what I wanted. Very clean and neat hotel. Surrounding area leaves a little to be desired because of the number of homeless people. Was happy with my one night stay
