I stayed at this hotel in Frankfurt for the first night of my trip. The breakfast was a good variety of food, and there was enough to satisfy everyone. They also provided congee, which is a traditional Asian dish. The hotel was conveniently located near the long-distance train station.

Frankfurt Airport hotel with the newest interior compared to the other ones. Good location close to train station and Rossmann. Great breakfast buffet. The washing sink with faucets always gets on my nerves as you cannot move them properly with wet hands., but that's the only issue I see.

It was pretty much perfect with everything you would need around the hotel. The rooms are very quiet despite an airport and train station all under the same roof. Never seen anything like it and I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay between flights. Hotel is connected to Terminal 1 with covered pathway. Room was super clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good with delicious scrambled eggs from real eggs:)

Elif was my banquets server for a meeting event last week. She was was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. She was very personable and caring. If I would come back some day to operate a meeting then I would be delighted if Eligible would be my banquets help again! She was exceptional!

This hotel was great! The rooms need a little updating but were very clean. The staff was superb & the food was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel inside is very beautiful (lobby, bar etc). Staff are very polite. Room was clean, quiet, everything was working (tv, hot water, dryer). Location very convenient, substation right next to hotel (20 min and you are in the city center), street with shops, salon etc. I felt comfortable and recommend this hotel

Excellent attention by the staff, from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very comfortable with necessary amenities. Only the internet connectivity could be improved, since it is very weak and slow.

I’ve had a Fantastic stay yet again. I had been away from the hotel for some time. Breakfast was delicious as always. Had dinner in the restaurant service was outstanding. The menu has definitely been upgraded. More choice and very well prepared.

The location was not my preference. No direct train to the hotel from airport but no issue going to centre by train. Some shopping around the hotel but mostly offices. The other Moxy Centre has direct train to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are around the hotel.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Located at the quieter end of Frankfurt, however easily accessible to city area and to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Do remember to request housekeeping if required if you're staying less than 3 nights. Only down side is the housekeeper entering the room in the morning even you did not request for cleaning!

The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

We arrived very early after an overnight flight. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. All of our needs were met and the hotel is in a lovely part of town. We will definitely stay here when passing through Frankfurt again.

This hotel was a bit far from the city core (around 1.5h leisurely walk, but public transit close by also). The service and staff were very pleasant and professional. Thoughtful service, complete facilities, clean and tidy, convenient transportation, very close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center, and they also changed us to a twin room. It was a very satisfying stay.

We took a taxi after the exhibition. The location was easy to find and the transportation was very convenient. My colleague's room had a smell at first. We changed it twice. The front desk was very impatient, but they still insisted on changing it. The room was quite clean.

we were visiting our son in Frankfurt and this was literally across the road from his apartment. also next door to supermarket and buses and tram stopped right outside given room where the safe did not work so asked if any other available ( room was standard double and very nice). Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

Good value, reasonably priced hotel in a good location for Messe Frankfurt. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower. The only downside is they don't serve evening meals, but there are a few restaurants close by.

I would say that this is a great hotel! It was a crazy heatwave when I arrive (35C at least) and I felt thoroughly comforted by the AC in my room. I stayed two day in this hotel. Room is well decorated and size of the room is good. the hotel is clean and outside view from room is good. Dining facilities, reception area and the services are well maintained. There is a train station in walking distance. Stuffs are well behaved. To me a the hotel is a bit expensive. But overall the stay was comfortable.

The location is pretty good and which is very close to the main station. The shops, restaurants and bars are very close to the hotel but one thing is that it is very crowded surrounding it. The room is not Lage but enough for 2 persons. I would like to give 3 stars only.

Very cheap hotel right next to the main station. The location is probably the only good thing about this hotel. It is a very dodgy place, rooms are dirty and the overall vibe is just weird and dark. The location is very close to Frankfurt Main Station. It suits for short stays, like 1-3 nights.

Location is right beside the central train station, which is what I wanted. Very clean and neat hotel. Surrounding area leaves a little to be desired because of the number of homeless people. Was happy with my one night stay

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially

Very Good hotel, we got a nice room, clean, well maintained, the hotel is perfect for the visitors of the US consulate as well as Frankfurt visitors, exactly 10 minutes by Tram to the city center. Osama at the reception desk is so helpful, kind, and professional. Breakfast is great, parking available for 20 Euro per night.

The location is right at the corner of the U.S Consulate and a few bus stops away from downtown.

The IT system crashed, and the booking information couldn't be found. They made the customer wait 30 minutes in the middle of the night, and then they paid in full, only to be pushed back to me the next day.

Loved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

Parking is not ideal, hotel does not have a garage on site or any assigned parking spots. Also, I did not get the room I originally had booked and the shower was not accessible for handicapped ppl.

We stayed at a suite room with one couple and a friend. The couple used a separated bedroom with a full bathroom, and the other used a sofa bed and a half bath. We were comfy and enjoyed the area.

We stayed with our 2yo for just one night and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly, the room spacious, clean and comfortable.
