We had a very pleasant 5 night stay, the hotel is in a great location for access to the train station and the city! The staff that work there are very friendly and always happy to help! In Germany it isn’t a standard to have a kettle in your room, but if you ask they will supply you with one!

Everything was great except the day receptionist. First morning there the door to the lobby was locked or stuck, something. We called, we knocked... finally she responded, with an attitude!! Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. Then go up through the lift. There you have the reception. The receptionist was very good and so was the room. Overall, I had a great experience.

It is a completely staff less hotel, at least the frontend staff. Right from opening the main hotel entrance door to your room door everything can be operated from your mobile phone. Really great experience.

Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.

Ok it’s essentially a bed and bath is extremely close proximity. There is no frills going on here. You will not have a Keurig and you will have no privacy in the bathroom. It is however perfect if you have a 12 hour layover and so t want to sleep in a plastic chair. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Perfect for what it is and very easy process.
