Hotel booked as a mistake in wrong Frankfurt, after explain that we are 7 hours away and technically not possible to stay in this hotel we ask for full refund basically straight away after booking. Hotel rejected and charge in full. Beware !!

Unfriendly staff. Have to purchase their disposable cup to get their free coffee and no refill. Can't even get a good direction where to go or eat.

Not recommended
Very poor and uncomfortable hotel, multicultural experience wasn't good.
The tv screen is from past century, dirty and noise room and the toilet was terrible
I booked superior room, nothing connected with name and price

I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much 😊 ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard
Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my
room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially
