It's a room, windows are not bugler proof... Anyone in the hotel can enter you room via the free accessible fire stairs if you ventilate... Ventilation is needed because there is no airco.

we have a hotel stay on a Deal with Ab-in-den-vacation purchased and have had the "Same happiness," as the young couple from the previous assessment. A sparse two-bed-room, old-fashioned, dark, eckliger carpet and curtains, and a total of more than uncomfortable. Of the proportions more of a single room. A nice cozy weekend, we had presented to us differently...
Here seems to be almost exclusively with vouchers worked. The stay definitely had a value of 234 Euro!!!!! Not recommend for someone who values Flair. Who just wants to fall sometime alone in his bed...ok.

Breakfast okay, staff was at the front Desk in case of personal contact. The telephone booking was difficult and the staff unfriendly.

We have to leave this "4Star Hotel of the year Annotuk" after an hour.
The facade is from the outside only in part, has seen better times.
The reception area is, however, been renovated beautifully, it was a lot of wood, which exudes a Rustic easy Bavarian Touch. BUT THEN: very unfriendly staff, huge room key which can only be in large handbags.
In the hallway are laid on the ceiling, wires everywhere, the smell rises, the a in the nose as soon as you enters it from the years 1960......
We as a young couple had a rice coupon, and we suspect that we can get for this reason, "only" a Two-bed room and not a double room, even after a friendly Demands, we have been blocked immediately, and it was not replaced the room. The hotel room amenities: there is a small tube TV, beds from the years 1960 (or similar) lamps on the wall from the same year, only the floor was renewed. To the bathroom and for Breakfast we can say nothing, since we had to leave the Hotel in advance. Of course, without money refund.
In particular, said: NOT worth SHARE, WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED, however, are probably not the target audience of the hotel.

Made a reservation (28 sep 16) through booking dot com and cancelled immediately because of a mixup. Hotel Kaiser charged me 160 euro anyway. That is totally absurd.

On arrival there were hair in the bed and on the toilet, it turned out later that these were lost by the house lady.

The rooms were sparsely furnished and aligned in the equipment, rather a Pension. W-Lan, air conditioning, mini-bar, Etc. what makes the 4* description of what you expect? .

The window had to stay open overnight, which was very uncomfortable, as we were to a busy street. In addition, the neon light sign of the hotel right next to the window was, so it was very bright in the room.

In regard to these shortcomings and in one of the according to the Internet is still free and double rooms you will angepampt and on the "cheap coupon" is referred to, and we had booked. This has a value of 106€/night, don't really care. It is a matter of the coupon portal. In regard to the 4* is cocky said that door-to-door Yes no DeHoGa panel would be. Well, you see, unfortunately, only on-site, and since a cancellation is usually connected with additional costs.

We are now moved into the Best Western and just drink in the wonderfully air-conditioned rooms with full facilities incl. In-room safe, a Cup of coffee, which we have prepared with the in-room kettle.

For 30€ more per night so you get in Cologne REAL 4* by DeHoGa.

With the false advertising my legal protection insurance must deal next week.

Hotel abgeranzt and Moldy in the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and ok
No smoke detector in the room. The furniture is scratched from the flea market, old, and ridiculous for a 4 star Hotel.Location is very Central. If you are not entitled to a Hotel is right here.

Absolutely no 4**** in my opinion! Rooms very dated, beds creak, the window was not on tilt, or close to what is on a main street and very inconvenient! Bathrooms where clean, the only ventilation is defective, and floor, stains on the shower screen!
Breakfast buffet very adequate, but not very appealing films about the food ( fresh!!)
Staff was very nice!
So I've slept in better 3*** Hotels!

Very disappointed.We were already once in this Hotel and it was not how we used were from a 4 star Hotel but it was ok.
The Breakfast is really super.Very much selection and lots of fresh food which is unfortunately the only Positive about this Hotel.
The room was dirty.In the bed there were hair on the pillow spots.At a price of 125 euro per night is just naughty!
Never again will we visit this Hotel the next day we thought maybe it was an isolated incident, however, was far from the truth.The bed linen was new, the Same spots were always pillow on the head folded.Everything else remained untouched .Bathroom , living area purely nothing at all.On heating, a tuft of hair..just disgusting..The images you don't see on the website correspond by far to what .NEVER NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL
