To be honest - the best place to stay in Düsseldorf. Especially if you have a small family and you are looking for a luxury accommodation directly in the city center. The service is fantastic and the rooms are spacious!
Beautiful hotel. Staff were so helpful and caring. Highly recommend.
Excellent hotel great location and what an amazing historic building. Very good service and perfect property to visit the city
The first room was not clean enough, so I had to pay to upgrade and change rooms.
Beautiful hotel, which feels like a palace. Great location, easy to reach. Quite, but spacious, perfect for any business or special event, or simple overnight stay. Service was friendly and professional, many compliments for the restaurant, which prepared unique menu on a special request. Live piano music at the lounge in the afternoon, nice bar downstairs and beautiful staircase as a highlight.
The Wellem is a very beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The valet parking is very pleasant, and the bellboy was very accommodating. We did have one minor issue, though. We went to breakfast with our nine-month-old baby at 10:15 a.m., which was served until 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the buffet was almost empty. You could still order a la carte, but it took almost 30 minutes...

Nice staff, clean room, good price
Really enjoyed our staff at Innside. It was close to work and had food options as well as public transportation close by. The room was excellent (clean, well stocked, comfortable bed), however the glass shower wasn't something that I liked. It was in the middle of the room, you could see through the glass which made it uncomfortable for my child when I was showering. For a couple or individual...
Modern (yet quirky!) clean hotel.
Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. Open and bright hotel. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub. The bathroom and bathtub were only seperated from the rest of the room by a clear glass wall.
Loved it. Suited us and very quiet.
very nice personnel, nice rooms but there was no bathroom door, there is a clear wall in the shower and you could see right through the other wall from the other side. also no full body mirror and barely any space to hang up clothes.

Good hotel with good location. Hope that can give free parking or lower price for parking for the guest. Unfortunately we have doubled charge for city tax that we have to pay. The reception had not rechecked with our booking. I just realized when my spouse complaint that his card charged a lot for parking (3 nights 64,5€).
Nice service 24/7 pizza and a nice little self-check out supermarket with limited options of course but still good. TV is the biggest upside with chrome cast available allowing YouTube, Netflix streaming from your phone.
This was a good hotel to stay in - the only thing holding it back is the location. If you want to use public transport, you literally have to cross the autobahn to get to the tram stop (at least, that was the only route I could see). My room was immaculate, the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Really nice, modern setup. The bed covers could have been a bit thicker, but as I was by myself (and had...
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!! Oussama really helps accommodate all requests. He is so kind and patient to ensure the best for his guests. I had his help with previous stays and he is the best!! This hotel management cares to have the best in the business for their customers. Thanks Hotel Niu Holiday Inn. And thanks Oussama!
Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day.

Overall it was okay, but they charged a deposit and then made a mistake deducting money.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. On the first day, the air conditioner in our room was not working. We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff. They showed no empathy, did...
Nice room, have locker for keeping lugaage, smooth check-in with deposit €30 per day, great location, good breakfast. The bedsheets and blanket were not changed during my 4-day stay.
Location is very convenient. Many Japanese and Korean restaurants.

Good location, but keep in mind it's right in the city center, so there's street noise. However, it's quiet enough at night. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was very hot even without the heating on. The breakfast was good.
I stayed in Düsseldorf in December during Christmas. We stayed at your hotel. A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise — it was excellent! Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice location, the hotel is a 30min walk away from the Altstadt and Rhine.
The location is fairly convenient, and overall I’m happy with the value for the price.
the rooms are nice. no bidet unfortunately, leaving you to rely on tissues. I had the misfortune of sharing a room with someone who insisted on wanting to use the restroom while room service was in the middle of cleaning our room. needless to say, the staff deserve a gold medal in tolerance of, quite honestly, bs. the breakfast buffet food is great, tho beyond the fish of the day platter, the selections...
I had a problem in the nighttime with the booking room, but the Night Shift Michael he helped me so much and I want to say thank you so much. I’m so appreciate what he done. He was so helpful and very gentle. He is such a good person thank you, Michael.
The room was really nice and clean, with comfortable beds and good view outside the window. It’s close to the city center and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The staff are very friendly and nice. We park our car in the garage and it cost 21 euros/day.
This is a really good modern hoilday inn. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. The free WiFi worked well. Good to have Sky Sports Top Event in room, meant I could watch Spurs v Chelsea before going out in the evening! The bathroom was really good with a powerful shower. Only negative was that the room air con was rather noisy and ineffective...

Stylish stay at b’mine Hotel Düsseldorf! Modern design, cozy cocoon rooms (some with unique CarLofts), rooftop bar with Asian fusion & city views, sauna, gym, great breakfast. Trendy Flingern spot near metro & central station. Cool vibe!
The breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk. Some of the staff didn't speak English, but communication at the front desk was generally possible. A unique feature of the hotel is that you can drive right to your room.
Clean and nice hotel Reception people is not really friendly
Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy, nice modern design as well. The desk works 24/7, lunch on Sunday is until 13:00, which is very convenient.

A very cozy and stylish hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English, so there was no need to worry about not speaking German. The room was also very warm and comfortable. The overall decor had a holiday atmosphere, and it was conveniently located near tram, bus, and subway stations, making it a great place to stay if you're passing through.
• Lots of restaurants in proximity • Enjoyable mini fridge options included • Good price/value • Room design: 50/50! Not a fan pf the lego rooms that make me feel like I am in some 12 year olds room. The other design is definitely nicer. Bathtub is a bit gimmicky. • Friendly staff • Understaffed breakfast: often have to wait 15min for a cappuccino to arrive
Amazing hotel for a weekend stay. Well-designed rooms. Super dog friendly. Brought us dog bed, snacks and bowls. You can take your dog to the breakfast (they have oysters and Champaign for Sunday one) and for rooftop dinner restaurant as well as panoramic bar. Dream stay. Defibetly coming again
Modern and friendly hotel with a great location (20 min walk from Hauptbahnhof). The staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, a few issues really affected our experience: 1. Very small rooms but ok. Price very high but Dusseldorf always is mugging people for MEDICA. Cleaners very noisy in the morning, loud talking. Great location with helpful supermarket. Reception staff were perfect.
Wonderful and helpful team, spacious room, and across from an amazing farmers market.

Great service. Nice lobby but the rooms were a little tired. No AC, so windows open and a fan. Street noise! Great location though and nice breakfast.

Good. Can‘t complain, certainly not for the price. Good value
This hotel is very artistic and I really like the paintings on the wall. The service is warm and friendly and the room is comfortable.

Overall I think it’s a great hotel for the price, everything is clean and the staff are friendly.
The hotel is a short walk from the main station or a couple of minutes on the tram. Friendly staff on the reception. The room though a little dated was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. I t had a lovely comfortable large double bed. Plenty cafes and eateries close by.

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!
We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Functional and very loud The rooms are basic and functional. The lobby is the only place to work on your laptop. But the music is incredibly loud. For a little bit more quiet work environment, they make you pay for an additional room/ meeting room.
Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen. Service is very good as well. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly. Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far.
Great place for a stopover. We have enjoyed various moxy’s before and the quality is maintained throughout. The rooms feel fresh and nice, well kept. Quite a lot of food options. Coffee is always available. Ease and comfort of staying is a plus.
Alexander who help us to check in was so kind and polite! Like the services and the way he communicate with the customer very much! Locations is fine with 15 minutes tram ride to the city center, highly recommended.
The room was nice, air-conditioned, clean, and the bathroom was very comfortable. It's just that the water in the sink is small enough. In addition, it faces the street.
