We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the SALTO KS system with contactless access is very convenient and works smoothly. The apartments are clean, spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Everything is well thought out for a pleasant stay. We would be happy to stay here again.

A good budget hotel near the airport. Also local Rheinbahn train and bus depot is right behind the hotel. It makes your life easier to travel to the heart of city with ease. Few bus services are also directed to Airport so travellers can reach Airport cheaply. Breakfast on the house is good, most of the items are repetitive. This place was a little over a 20 minute walk from the airport. The walk was easy and safe. There are a few restaurants close by but most close early so for later check ins there are only about 3 open later that are walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and inviting. Nice hotel. Big rooms. Clean and tidy. Bit of noise from the trams but this means they are easily accessible. Not much going on in the immediate area so you may have to walk to find a decent place to eat. I would go back, hopefully next time for fun instead of business.

Very kind and polite reception. Room was very clean and spacious. I couldn't experience the bar or breakfast due to my very early flight. Airport was about 10 min from the hotel. Taxi drivers will not want to be paid by card.

We were only one night on the way. We booked hoping to have parking, but we were inform that parking is full and we had to use other place to park which was more expensive . Room was without air-conditioning, which was not so nice during the heat. Breakfast was nice with good choice.

A friend asked me to book a hotel in the middle of the night. It was clean and had good service.

I just rented a room, haven't been trying the food. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix, free and good working internet connection, fridge in the room, they also had some wellcoming goods in the room, like a bottle of water and some gummy bears. 3 days later, when they cleaned the room, they replaced the bottle with a new one (very nice from them). Room was clean. Normally they have breakfast but today there was not. İt is far from city center. There is public parking free in front of the hotel. Normally they had own parking place but in booking.com there is no information about that. For late check in there is reception desk but there is box for room key. You can get it with provided code. You can stay and relax in this hotel.

We visited the K Show in October having travelled from USA. The hotel was excellent: clean, well located close to the rail station, the breakfast was varied and neatly served. The staff were friendly, helpful and gave excellent recommendations for restuarants. Good value and highly worth returning in the future.

I recently stayed at Karolinger Hotel and had an exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the staff. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, feeling completely exhausted from my travels. What a lovely hotel in a quiet residential area. Room had a balcony looking over the hotels garden. It was just a shame the weather was a bit too grey and wet to sit out there. The room is spacious and easy to find. Check-in is separate, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. It's quite close to the subway station, and walking distance to the Japanese town is also possible. It's perfect for friends traveling together who want to stay separately.

Hotel is worth 3 stars in Google review, however would not call this an actual 3 star hotel. The whole hotel feels decent but is for sure a fixer upper. Getting a free transportation card is really nice though.

The unlit hotel signage is hard to see after dark. Steep staircases make property unfit for anyone with mobility issues. In-room tiny TV didn't have any reception. Location was in center of tourist area with lots of bars and restaurants, and only a few minute's walk to river.
