On the negative side - being waked up at 8.10 in the morning due to housekeeping thinking it’s a good idea to star at vaccum clean the carpets in the corridor just outside our room (207). A nice boutique hotel that has a modern edgy personality. It is away from the main buzz of Konigsalle and there are shops (eg. dm, cosmetic shops) and eateries nearby. It's 3min walk from the U-Bahn station or 5min walk to bus stop. Room size is cosy and adequate for single occupancy. Staff is friendly and facilities are relatively new.

Great base to explore the town centre and Altstadt on foot. The room was great for 1 person, might be a little cramped for a couple for more than 1 night. Coffee or a kettle in the room would be a good edition. I was a little disappointed in the bread/pastry selection at breakfast. The hotel was – despite the "Zentrum" (city center) in its name – 20 minutes from the city center (which is quite a long way considering Düsseldorf's size). Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room cleaning was very meticulous, and the furnishings were simple but luxurious.

A brief overnight stay for just over 400 yuan. It's much cleaner than other Chinese hotels of similar nature. The only downside is the lack of a drying rack for clothes, which I hope they can improve. Absolute king of value for money!

Very nice service, my room was very clean and offered free tea, coffee, had clean towels, soap. WiFi works really well, and the bed is very comfortable. Plus you get a free soft drink if you don't require room cleaning services for the duration of your stay.

Simple no frill clean hotel with basic amenities. Self checking can be a bit tricky but the lady at desk is super helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing is that there is no AC or Fan and it was not possible to sleep as it was 23 degree hots. May be adding table fans in room can be really useful. very good, old fashion school hotel. yet, all the facilities have been upgraded to meet today's regulatory requirements. I enjoyed water based heating radiators in the room. Many other hotels these days opted to install efficient ventilation systems that blow a dry hot air. The old heating system is much better if compared with that one of this new technology. I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.

The facilities are old, the bathroom floor drain does not drain at all, and the front desk has not repaired it even after reporting it... There is no air conditioning, no detergents, and 1,600 RMB a night is not worth the price... Not recommended!

This was a basic place to stay for an exhibition trip. The location is excellent, with both the tram/metro and train station conveniently nearby. Cleanliness was a bit hit-or-miss, and the place had a rather unpolished, 'authentic' feel to it, somewhat reminiscent of a European independent film.

Great location close to main train station, with easy underground into old town if you didn’t want to walk. The hotel was very secure, staff friendly, rooms quiet, good shower and Wi-Fi, continental breakfast fine.

Check in was friendly and fast and the lobby is nice. The rooms are bare bones and have a slightly sketchy feel. The rooms work if you are really just there to shower, crap, and get to the train station the next morning. If you need a place to relax this isn’t your best option.
