The room was quite spacious, and it's only 300 meters from the airport.

Has direct entrance from terminal or train station. Very easy to access airport, just a couple minutes by walk. Hotel is clean, nice, staff is very kind and helpful. There is nice restaurant and Lounge to eat something. Located at outside of city but very easy to travel everywhere via train. City center is 20mins away.

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

Room 911 had a bad smell, likely from the drain. The bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located near the subway station. However, drinking water, toothbrushes, and toiletries were not replenished throughout my 4-night stay.

The hotel is nice, breakfast is good, but receptions‘ work has to be improved. Too slowly, for example, we was waiting for check out more than 7 minutes.

The Steigenberger Park Hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing, especially the staff on reception. I am a regular guest at the innside Derendorf Dusseldorf hotel. Every time I stay there, I appreciate the modern and spacious rooms, the friendly and attentive staff, and above all Pietro, the restaurant manager. Clean rooms. No privacy in the bathroom at all so no good to use with others. The mattress was uncomfortable. Service was good and staff friendly and willing to help.

This hotel is super close to my main office so I used. Firstly the mattress was horrible, I have stayed in many different hotels and never had this bad one. Plus towels and the bedding was provided only for single use. Even though I booked for one person I normally received double size so it was really comfortable, but I felt they optimised everything too much and missed the convenience.

The room was very nice and big. Be aware that the Bathroom has no entry door , so if you are with someone you dont feel comfortable enough to see you taking a shower than make an agreement of when you will shower. Also the room cleaning seems not to include a fresh bed linen every day. Aside of this for this price it was a good hotel.

On that day I arrived late due to aj incident with the car. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and the room and location, super convenient for a very early trip from the Airport. My goto airport for these kind of trips from now on.

Next time I book a hotel, I really need to check when it was last renovated. This place is so old, it smells musty, the sink was disgustingly dirty, and even the tissue box was broken. Avoid at all costs. The breakfast was very mediocre too, and the smell was really off-putting. I was supposed to stay three nights but couldn't even make it through one.

The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf train station, and the room was clean and spacious. However, for some reason, when I checked in, they didn't assign me a standard room. Instead, I got a special room with an extra bed that looked very much like a hospital room. I had to go back to the front desk and request a normal room again before they gave me one.
