I really enjoyed my stay at Neratze Hammam Suites! The hotel is in the center of Rethymno’s old town, in a quiet and beautiful street full of history. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and the old harbor. The room was clean, very comfortable, and full of character. It’s inside a historic building that used to be a hammam (Turkish bath), and you can still feel that special atmosphere. At the same time, it has everything you need—air conditioning, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom. The staff were super kind and helpful. They gave me good tips about what to do and where to eat. I felt really welcome during my whole stay.

The experience in this hotel was one of the best I've ever had, I didn't think that rethymno could hide a place with a beauty like the one this hotel has. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, the cleaning inside the rooms is perfect and impeccable. The rooms are very big and I found very interesting the way they decorated everything. 10/10 experience. Recommended.

The property is exquisite, no doubt. Very unique building and room that has kept some of the original building characteristics. Couple big issues though. First, the Wi-Fi is totally unusable, at least in the room we reserved. Was told it was normal because of the old stones used in buildings. If that’s the case, they should have a mesh network or a better solution than whatever they have now because we legit couldn’t get things to load and were told there was no internet at times by sites. Second, the hot water can be a little sporadic depending on if folks in other rooms have or are using water.

This was my first in Rethimno and I wouldn't be happier with my 2-night stay. The king suite with terrace was excellent and really enjoyed the outdoor space with a lovely view of the fortress, and with one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen! WIFI was strong, allowing me to work remotely with no issues. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city and the whole experience was amazing, with the staff being so helpful and welcoming! Overall, if you look for a quality stay and you're a demanding traveller like myself, this accommodation is a must!

I was really looking forward to staying in Rethymno for a week. I was recommended by friends to book Neratze suites, and i have to admit this is one of the nicest places to stay in the old town of Rethymno.We stayed in nice beautiful decorated rooms, but what was important for us is the commitment and helpfulness of Artemis. This lady helped ensure that we have a great holliday. So thank you again Artemis !!! Robert Lemmens

The location was really good. In the heart of the old town but yet quiet and easy access. The room was very new and modern. There was a luck of fresh air though and the housekeeping could have been better. The reception seemed not so experienced but was willing to help.

We stayed here for one night. Firstly it is a very unusual building and has been beautifully restored. The suites are very tastefully done, colour scheme is excellent. Bed was very comfortable and a joy to find a tv with Netflix. Its in the heart of the quiet area of Old Town. Lighting is quirkly, curtains heavy enough to ensure a great sleep. Unfortunately the housekeeping left it down - I found hairs and beard debris in toothbrush mug, shower floor has not been cleaned properly, fingermarks on fridge and dust on surfaces. Had we had a balcony it would have been lovely. All said, however, I think that if housekeeping/cleaning was inspected and improved upon we would most definitely return. Staff are kind and efficient.
