Anastellar Apart-hotel in Kissamos

We rented a suite here and were delighted by the stay. The guests were very polite and careful. Reservation was made through booking and they contacted us few days before the trip in order to make sure we can easily find the place and also guided through the shelf check-in process as we were to arrive during the night.
The moment we entered the suite we could actually feel the care the guests have for the customers' comfort. Everything was nice, furniture and accessories of good quality and the place was equipped at a level we never seen before, with literally everything you need during your stay, including things like coffee, olive oil or umbrella and towels for the beach.
The rooms are a little bit small, but so are all the buildings in Crete.

We spent an unforgettable week in this hotel in June and had a wonderful experience. The place is new, very clean, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The real highlight is the breakfast: rich and varied, with both sweet and savory options. On request, they also offer gluten-free choices, with great attention to all dietary needs and food intolerances. Very nice also the swimming pool. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to meet every request with a smile. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was perfect here.
We received cookies home made and also we had cold water in the fridge.
The apartments have everything you need.

I was really well instructed about the location and how to get there. On the spot, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs Marianna - mother of the host. She showed us around, responsed for every little question we had. Later we have seen each other few times during our stay, everytime she was really kind making sure if we need anything, even shared some homemade treats when we've met on the rooftop the other night. It was really comfortable, we felt welcomed but not like "watched" in the bad way.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed when we dediced if we would like to cook a meal at home instead of eating out. There were two a/c units - one for the bedroom and one for the common area with the antersole. We had a good sleep there.
The family takes care of some stray cats - some of them are friendly and craving for some cuddles, some of them stayed distant. All of them stayed outside, so as an allergic person I had no problem with feeling good inside of the apartment.
Bathroom was clean and well equipped. No issue with the water pressure nor setting the temperature right.
The city of Kissamos was a great spot to stay in. We could walk to some supermarkets, to the beach, to some good restaurants and cafes, everything was so close, yet this is was a peaceful neighborhood. Lots of atractions were close as well - we had a rented car and visited Falassarna Beach almost everyday.

I was lucky enough to spend 10 days at Anastellar Studio Apartments, the perfect location to visit the beauties of the western part of Crete. My apartment was simply perfect: super clean, well equipped, tidy and cozy. Many beautiful plants sorrounded it in the garden and the huge terrace on the rooftop was the cherry on top! Tasos and his mother were the best hosts ever. They are extremely welcoming and do their job with passion. I can't do anything but recommend this place to anyone, hoping to come back in the future ♥️

Incredibly warm, hospitable hosts who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable! The studio was so clean and had everything I could possibly need including a kitchen, laundry and smart TV, and everything was beautifully decorated inside and out. Finding the apartment was very easy, and the surrounding area was lovely and there was a cafe, bakery and shops nearby. The hosts were extremely attentive and caring and made sure everything was spotless and that I had every comfort available at any time of day. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend Anastellar apartments to my family and friends!! :)

Great family atmosphere, extremely friendly host. Excellent cleaning services, breathtaking view from the roof ,of Kastelli bay. The region is very close to Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna beaches. I suggest it unconditionally.
