We spent an unforgettable week in this hotel in June and had a wonderful experience. The place is new, very clean, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The real highlight is the breakfast: rich and varied, with both sweet and savory options. On request, they also offer gluten-free choices, with great attention to all dietary needs and food intolerances. Very nice also the swimming pool. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to meet every request with a smile. Absolutely recommended!

We really loved everything. The atmosphere in this place is amazing! The apartment was new and clean, the host Mariana was very nice and always available to help and the position was perfect to reach the sea or kissamos city center. We will come back!

We were going to stay there this evening and tomorrow with my mother-in-law and my husband who was celebrating his birthday. Unfortunately my mother-in-law had a serious accident yesterday and ended up in the hospital 2 hours from the hotel. The reservation was non-refundable, even given the situation the hotel did not want to compromise and does not want to refund, it offered us to come back later...500 euros represented some savings, and the non-reimbursement which adds to the fee is just absurd given the difficulty of the situation. No compassion, profit above all! very disappointing ..

The worst hospitality service ever. The check-out is at 10 o clock (even in their description is written 11), and at 10.04 minutes someone from the reception came knocking at the door because we were 4 late with check-out! We were putting our shoes to leave the room when the reception woman felt necessary to come and knok at the door at 10.04 minutes. Shame on you Sapphire blue suites for making your costumers feeling they are so not welcome. Please look on cameras and see how your reception employee is acting. You must know that in hospitality is about hospitality.

Incredibly warm, hospitable hosts who truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable! The studio was so clean and had everything I could possibly need including a kitchen, laundry and smart TV, and everything was beautifully decorated inside and out. Finding the apartment was very easy, and the surrounding area was lovely and there was a cafe, bakery and shops nearby. The hosts were extremely attentive and caring and made sure everything was spotless and that I had every comfort available at any time of day. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I would definitely recommend Anastellar apartments to my family and friends!! :)

Great family atmosphere, extremely friendly host. Excellent cleaning services, breathtaking view from the roof ,of Kastelli bay. The region is very close to Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna beaches. I suggest it unconditionally.

What a place! Wonderful host, friendly and very helpful. The apartment is great, as it has a beautiful view and the location in near to the beaches all of you are going to visit, but also near to shops and bakeries. Peaceful environment with an amazing hospitality. What more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend it.

Tasos is so hospitable and thoughtful and his good humor will make you enjoy your staying ever more! Starting with the excellent communication, to arriving and his showing us the wonderful apartment it could have not been smoother. Everything is perfect, clean and you definitely feel like home! The view is amazing and breathtaking! Everything about our staying there was unforgettable and we hope to be back soon!

Tasos Place is located in strategical position if you like excursions to Balos,Falassarna and Elafonisi. I'm really glad meeting his family really kind . The place with lovely view to the sea and beautiful panorama of Kissamos is astonishing. The apartment has everything that you need and more offering than you expect. Really clean , cozy and relaxing , ideal place for your vacations. I really recommend and I hope visiting again.
