Dyo Suites in Rethymno

Friendly, helpful staff 20 min walk to Old Town but so much liveliness around the hotel.

Dyo were very easy and pleasant to communicate with from the very start. I enquired about booking prior to their rates being available for Summer 2025 and they advised me via email as soon as booking was possible. I planned this holiday for my engagement, including additional guests joining us in the middle of our stay. This involved a change of rooms when they joined us. All the staff at Dyo were perfect and helped massively with the change in rooms, even making me aware of new rooms becoming available and offering the option of an upgrade before they became open for booking (which we did opt to do)! Also, they were very cooperative with assisting in the surprises, not revealing the engagement to our guests and not revealing the change in room or surprise guests to my partner. This was an amazing holiday in a beautiful location, improved even more so by the staff and impressive accommodation.

Beautiful hotel, great location right on the beach and incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Everyone was so kind and generous. The included breakfast was such a lovely perk. The comfort of Dyo Suites was exactly what we needed after a long travel to Crete!

Fantastic hotel. Good location at ca 10 min walk from old town of Rethymno. So easy when you have a car which you wanna park while you can walk toward the centre. It is real design hotel with beautiful furnishings. Beach is great wit nice views and great sunbeds. Breakfast amazing (small buffet combined with free a la carte options). View from the beatiful room could have been somewhat better (side sea view) but that is a choice you make so you can upgrade for better view. Spa on terrace was much fun especially in pre- season when water of pools and general weather tends to be cooler. Did not try restaurant although looked to have great atmosphere and heard food is excellent too… overal great experience and would gladly recommend !

The service was superior. There was a najor storm the night before our arrival and they did everything to accomodate and make our stay comfortable.

Hi everyone, This is a great hotel!! The team here is amazing and great service. The Rooms are very clean, beautiful and have a great view of the ocean which is right across the street from the hotel. We came for our anniversary and it was such a nice and romantic place to get away. It is in a Quiet area in rethymno but right a toss from the beach and ten minute walk into the old city. Highley recommended

We stayed here on our honeymoon in September. Our room was large, clean and well-presented, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, which was particularly spectacular at sunset. It was great being able to just cross the road to go to the beach, where you can reserve a spot on the hotel loungers. The breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were delicious. It's a short walk into the centre of the old town - just the right distance to be convenient while being a bit away from the bustle. We were well looked after throughout and had a really lovely stay.

One of my best nights,amazing boutique hotel with astonishing view,helpful stuff and the food at the restaurant was delicious,the breakfast was also very tasty and with a lot of solutions,the beach was exactly 10 steps from your room.Iam going to visit it again!

Rooms have amazing design and are very spacious. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of a la carte options. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. What spoiled the experience was the location - the hotel is located on a busy street and it was very noisy with bikes passing by every minute. I don’t recommend rooms Palladium and Caesium, as these are the ones closest to the street. Hotel has reserved sunbeds on the beach, so you always have one, free of charge and with an option to order drinks / food.
