Stayed 1 week in Sept 2024, very nice service, great food (buffet) with very friendly service. It’s 7 km from Rethymno But there are many shops and supermarkets around, and there is a bus into town. Hotel itself is fine. Room service is without any complaints Pool bar is fine but should open at 10, opens at 11. Also closing at 17:30 instead at 18 as is in papers. Main bar complete disaster. Where do I start. We arrived early hours of the morning. It was our honeymoon and when we got to the room they had decorated the door with a bow champagne and a love heart cake which was lovely. A bit late in posting this review, we visited the hotel in May, for 14 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was lovely, fantastic view , the bar staff were always friendly whether down at the pool bar , or in the main bar in the evening (Kostas) . Fantastic adult only hotel, the staff were amazing from welcoming us to the resort to leaving the bar staff made sure we were looked after..even going the extra mile to go to their sister hotel before work to ensure I had my favourite drink in to last for the delivery. After two wonderful stays in 2025, we've already booked for 2026. We can't wait to return to this resort. For us, it's one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean (…and we've stayed at many others). The staff are exceptionally kind, and the security is top-notch. It is difficult to express my thoughts on this hotel. I will start with the positives. A good location . Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms were outdated , but clean , no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms , no iron in the room . And the food is where this hotel is really lacking . Room temperature at best. Over cooked, and if you have food allergies, it's a no-no .

A lovely, recently refurbished, hotel which feels more like a 4 star. Two nice pools with plenty of sun beds. Beach is sand and pebbles but fine with beach shoes and the sea is great for snorkeling. Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. Everything we asked from the hotel staff was done immediately, for example toilet paper. The food was buffet style and you could choose from a wide variety of meats and vegetables. We spent a week at this hotel. We had a room on the 4th floor accross the road from the beach but had a nice sea view.
