Luca & Julia and their colledgues was amazing. My 5 yesr old told me that ”Luca is hos friend”. They made the whole family to feel welcomed and happy, Young as old. Luca and Julia was amazing. The room at the hotell has more to ask for and it was super wierd that the waterpark closed 1 hour because of ”lunch break”.

We stayed for a week in a suite with a private pool and loved it. The staff were excellent to a fault, especially the bar staff - couldn't rate them high enough. We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem.

Well i'm not impressed from this resort! ,up on arrival was supposed to be picked up from the hotel we needed to get cap from the airport to the hotel at 1 am in the morning….plus the property has no sand beaches only rocks around and swimming pool over crowded we walk a mile to the nice beaches!!! Other than that everything was good plenty of food home made friendly staff easy to communicate!!!

My daughter and I had such a good experience with this hotel. The staff was spot on and the food was wonderful. The view from my balcony was gorgeous. Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

Mike was excellent. I had a shoulder impingement and I am now able to move my shoulder and arm so much better! My daughter had a relaxing massage by Ifigeneia and she found it amazing and extremely relaxing. We would highly recommend both!!

Fantastic Holiday from start to finish the most amazing experience, service beyond expectation. Breakfast was varied and very nice every day. Dinners were also especially nice. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near all the local amenities. There is a supermarket around the corner which I believe is open until late. Many beach side restaurants. Our stay at Insula Alba Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful - the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and truly perfect for a peaceful vacation. The spa experience was exceptional: Dimitris and Emma were both professional, kind, and gave us one of the best treatments we’ve ever had.
