Even one star is too much for this hotel. The rooms were so dirty, there were trash in the rooms and the beds were used. We got in our room and saw that the beds were used, there were literally many body hair overall the bed. We went back to reception to tell them nicely. The woman was so unfriendly, she sweared us in greek, said “malakas …” which means “jerks” then continued in english “no problem, the rooms are clean but we change anyways, i give you a better room” then she gave us a worse room, which was stinky and the beds were even worse than the first one. We just headed up there to sleep a bit before our flight, we read the comments and we knew it was not the best hotel but didn’t know it was the worst. Pay few euros more to sleep at somewhere better. Because you won’t even be able to sleep in your room. We were hearing everything from the next rooms. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Very affordable hotel with basic amenities. Convenient access to the ferry. Parking is a big plus. Unfortunately, there are stairs, which makes it unsuitable for luggage and especially for wheelchair users. Planes are clearly visible and audible, but given the location and the price, it's a great deal.

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and very close to the main city road. Rooms are spacious and there is air conditioning. Spacious bathroom.
Can be difficult to get a deep night rest due to hearing the aircraft very close. The beds are regular in terms of comfort.

The location is very convenient; close to the airport, and good for a rest on a layover, which is what we needed. We arrived late; took a taxi there; and upon checking in, the agent offered to arrange a taxi back to the airport the next morning. I do suggest traveling with ear plugs, as this hotel had loud noise from planes landing and taking off late at night. The room is very basic, as the photos others shared.

Lovely family run hotel only 20 minute walk from the city centre. Good, clean, spacious air conditioned and with storage galore this little hotel is a great place to stay. With warning: it is under the heraklion flight path, but then everywhere in heraklion centre is. I lived under heathrow, so it actually helped me sleep haha

I have visited this hotel three times over the past four weeks. The owners are very friendly and made me feel secure being a female travelling alone. It's very clean and has all you need in a nice quiet environment. I would recommend this place to anyone. Jo from Liverpool

Never mind the place looks old fashioned. Apart from temperature control, our room was in good condition. Our room was also clean, comfortable and spacious. It's within walking distance from the ferry. Our son left behind his smart watch after we checked out and staff were very helpful in recovering it. Good value for the price you pay.

Hotel booked for one night for its location close to the airport. Special welcome. The feeling of disturbing. Room not clean, dilapidated, the description provides flat screen and balcony but screen from the 50s and no balcony. Bathroom with yellow curtain. Black stains on the wall and ceiling. Door separating the bedroom and bathroom broken. We decided not to stay. I do not recommend at all
