Great room overlooking the beach, breakfast was very good, pool area was nice, Sparkling Spa was great. We arrived very late and went to the sister property where we waited half an hour only to learn we were at the wrong place - so be cautious as they have three adjacent properties. Loved the kid-free existence.

We stayed here for only a few nights on our honeymoon and we were very happy with how clean and friendly the staff was! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to everyone!

The pool and bar are very nice. We enjoyed all the food options. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the strip and the beach. Everything was very clean.

Didn't like the location adn breakfast quality is poor! On the other side, Staff were amazing 10 points. Same at the bar same at the gugine restaurant. Nice cocktails, pasta and good vibes staff..

Our stay was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The private swimming pool was amazing and the whole place felt peaceful. Both the room and shared spaces were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, from savory to sweet. A perfect spot to unwind!🙏🏻💫

The hotel area is really welcoming, clean and modern. Rooms have enough space and you don’t have to wonder where to put all your stuff when traveling with a friend or family. Beautiful hotel with great staff! The location is also perfect , not far from anything but still feels a bit away from all the stress. I recomend trying both resturants on sight and the bar !☀️ i will be back

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Cretan Sea was absolutely stunning, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and refreshing, a perfect way to relax. We had dinner at the bar on two nights and truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The location was also ideal—very close to Chania Airport and just a short trip to the Old Harbor Town. Would definitely stay here again

Early April it was pretty quiet both at the hotel and in the area, which was nice. Service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! Food at the restaurant was extremely good, highly recommend trying the a la carte. Very nice experience!

Room was very clean and spacious. The facilities are modern and the pool overlooking the sea is amazing with stunning views. The hotel is a little out of town which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle but does require a taxi or a short walk from the end of the bus line. We would stay here again.

The facilities are a bit old, the dinner is very good, the beach water is very clear, but it is not the hotel's private beach, you need to cross a road. Crossing the road is a bit dangerous, and a little honey was given when leaving the hotel, which is very good!

Loved this place.Room spotless. Clean towels every other day. Antisocial behaviour NOT tolerated at all! Food fresh and gorgeous. Location great..few mins walk one direction brought you to the funky strip..few mins the other way brought you to quieter area of fabulous restaurants more relaxed vibe. Definitely come back.

Just returned from Maria Rousse studios as a solo last minute trip. I booked based on the price and the reviews as the majority were excellent! I must agree this place is so beautiful and clean, the gardens are immaculate, staff were always friendly and helpful . No problem getting a sunbed in the morning which makes a pleasant change. The atmosphere was so chilled and I had the best relaxing...

The hotel was lovely, with an excellent location next to the old town, where there were loads of lovely restaurants. Great swimming pool and friendly staff, particularly Maria. The room was spacious. The only comment would be the need for more storage in the room, maybe some more drawers and a slightly larger kitchen area. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed when on holiday, with no aches...

Just back. It’s a nice hotel.. cheap/ cheerful / no frills. Pool area is very nice with comfy sun loungers. We were in 606. Small room .. takes a few days to get used to for 3 of us.. couple and 15 year old. Kitchen area tiny .. hard to use. Clean Nice bar. Not cheap .. not expensive.. snacks are “ok” Old town is lovely at night. Not a fan of the *****. We wanted cheap and cheerful.. we...

Really enjoyed our short stay here. The room was very clean & spacious. Excellent shower. The (two) pools were both really nice and served by their own friendly pool snack bar. The staff were plentiful, cheerful and hard-working. It's a 5min walk from both the Old Town and The Strip, but you don't hear any noise.

We had a wonderful week at the Maria Rousse, George and his family were very welcoming and all the staff were lovely and friendly. We stayed in a ground floor room by the bottom pool which was very modern with very comfy beds. The whole place was kept exceptionally clean and we particularly loved the peace and quiet at the lower pool. We got the afternoon sun on our balcony (room 503) which we liked...

Arrived at this hotel/apartment and greeted by the very jolly and welcoming Vasileios (Bill) who showed us around and explained everything fully. The apartment was bigger than expected (26) just outside the restaurant. No view but didn’t bother us as never really spent a great deal in it. Always a table free at breakfast indoor or outdoor and beautiful view of the sea. A range of hot food cold meats...

The Hotel is very close to Heraklion by car. To get to the beach and crystal clear sea it takes only few minutes. It is located on a hill and has a great view. Throughout the whole stay the personnel was always smiling, very supportive and professional. The whole hotel area was very clean at all time. Peaceful place. We had one of the nicer Hilltop places with it's own plunge pool and it was gorgeous with a fantastic seaview. Having said that, all the rooms looked nice. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on site which is well worth a visit. If I visited this area again I would revisit this hotel.
