Just at the airport having spent 8 nights at the Filia.
From start to finish we had a super stay.
Michael was very welcoming and ensured we had a welcome drink which was a nice touch.
Our bedroom was spacious, air-conditioning worked, good sized balcony, compact bathroom , bed was firm but not uncomfortable.
Breakfast was fine and typical of a family run hotel.
Dinner was also good but we did dine out a few times in order to experience local restaurants.
Sunbeds were very comfortable, pool fine ( there are 2 , one at each block )
Now the bar area , nice and sedate during the day but brought to life by Billy in the evening,a lively , humerous , loud and very entertaining brother of Michael ... never a dull moment.... trust me on that.
A particular highlight was the Saturday night barbecue , outdoor dining , very good singer & guitarist with everyone encouraged to attempt traditional Greek dancing , very funny & good fun allround
Location is good as just a 3 min walk to main strip.
Final words... there were many repeat visitors... a lot returning year after year which does tell you a lot about the hotel and friendly nature of the owners.
No hesitation in recommending.

Filia is a great hotel. The owners are great, kind and friendly people. Location is great. It is a very safe place. Food is good, rooms are nice. It is family friendly place. The owners are great hosts, they look after their guest’s and always make sure that you are happy. Highly recommend it. It’s a small hotel but you can feel that owners put their heart into making you feel like home. Ilona

The hotel is spread over two blocks. The main area with reception, bar, restaurant and pool is beautiful. Everything is within easy walking distance even if you're not as able bodied as some.
The second block is a bit isolated, especially if you have walking difficulties. Even so, it does have its own pool and bar.
The restaurant is exceptional, and the food is excellent. There is a pool side snack bar, and the food is equally as good.
The sunbeds are the most comfortable we have ever seen.
Also, an important feature is the steps and hand rail in the pool, especially if you are disabled.
The hotel is family run, and you are made to feel welcome straight away with a friendly greeting and a free drink at the bar.
The pool bar is the hub in the evening with Billy the barman, the centre of things.
Many of the guests return, and I can see why. Our only concern would be that the rooms in the second block need some renovation, so we would be happier to stay in the main block nearer to everything.

We are just back from a 10 night stay and we had a fabulous time. They are so kind and really look after their guests. The executive suite and standard double we booked were perfect for our family. The pool and bar are very nice. We enjoyed all the food options. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the strip and the beach. Everything was very clean.

Great hotel . Coming 3 yrs now and would recommend without a doubt.
Three brothers Michael , Billy and George are always there to help if you need anything just ask . Excellent staff . Rooms are cleaned daily ,bedding ,towels every 2nd day . Two pools ones for little ones , pool table , creat time had by all .
Here now and definitely years to come .

Lots of things to do. On arrival we were offered one free drink each and we chilled out by the bar. Rooms are very clean,however the showers are not very powerful and there is hardly room to move.when getting there it was extremely hot in the room and we had to get ac. The ac was low standard which is why we decided to bring fans with us. Maids and staff are very friendly. The bar isnt the best for children because billy is very nice but swears alot and sometimes a bit too friendly but otherwise this is a lovely place. Pool is bigger down than across but its not a big issue. Little football ground to play at as well as a pool table. Restaurant is pricey however you wont regret paying the amount.
