We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and they were among the best meals of our whole vacation! Service was also excellent!

A beautiful property. The room was well maintained, clean, spacious. The amenities were great and thoughtful. The staff were friendly and really gracious and helpful. It was a lovely experience.

Breakfast choices were plenty. Staff was very accommodating. Our room. Was nice and right in the midst of all the action

We read about this hotel as being “spectacular”. And it is!! Everything about Avli Lounge is beautiful. Stellios2 was the most fabulous staff member. The hotel is funky for the young at heart

Hamam Oriental Suites

We stayed 3 nights and would stay again if we go back Rethynmo. Brilliant location in the old town

There was also one day when Michalis' mom Frosso was working the front desk as the other two were unavailable and she was just as lovely

Really kind owners who are accommodating and I love the historical aesthetic of the place

It was like a trip back in time the best place that we have stayed if you like old this is the best Michael on reception was so helpful only negative was that there was no breakfast but there was a bakery round the corner over all fantastic and in the Old Town

As our room had a mini kitchen we had a few pots and pans as well as basic cutlery and plates. There was also some salt in the kitchen. I asked for cooking oil and pepper which Michalis was able to provide

A small kitchenette was also included but with multiple restaurants within a few blocks and view of the Mediterranean we preferred the local cuisine. We had a car and were able to park about

Thalassa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Sea view split level suite was excellent. Very clean and the best views. Slight smell from drainage but didn't spoil the holiday. The restaurant was run separately so could not charge meals to room

However, breakfast was included so no probs there. Enjoyed the varied buffet breakfast. Pool is small and on the roadside so noisy at times. Small beach area for the hotel but we had a lovely patio outside the room

Perfect getaway for few days This was a perfect location for a few days’ getaway. Nice hotel right by the beach with lovely staff. Can also recommend the hotel restaurant. Five star stay!

Small boutique hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of old town with a private beach. Great restaurants within walking distance Prima Plora and their own Thalassa Seafood restaurant

My room was comfortable, but the bedroom area was a little warm. I’m sure they would’ve adjusted the temperatures if I had asked. As a female traveling alone I felt safe

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time! The rooms are kept clean every day, the breakfast is good, but the best part are the staff which are so kind and friendly, always there to help you or recommend you places to visit

Super clean hotel, and the staff was beyond friendly! Especially the guy who helped us at the front desk - super patient and eager to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Would definitely stay again!

A modern hotel with a gym, pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. A very good breakfast is included in the room rate. Rooms are clean and spacious and have balconies

For those of us with mobility issues, this is a problem. NB I did check on Google maps before booking and they claimed the walking route is ‘mostly flat’!

Not only was it very tastefully put together, all the facilities and amenities of very good standard, but the staff there really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and it made such a huge difference to how much we enjoyed our time there

Rooms, facilities and everything were very good standard but the people there genuinely made this one of the nicest stays. Can't recommend highly enough

We really enjoyed our stay at Savus, the property was exactly what we needed, clean, high quality, and great location right next to the beach and tons of restaurants! Our room (with the jacuzzi) was a very large room with lots of space

The hotel has an elevator in the back (so no need to worry about stairs with luggage), and the location is unbeatable—right across from the marina, steps to the beach, and walking distance to old town shops and restaurants

Fabulous stay in this modern boutique hotel in the middle of town. Beautiful view with sea across the road. Wonderful and charming staff, Dimitri a perfect front person who couldn’t have been more helpful

Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade

The family and staff who operated the hotel were all very kind, helped with anything you need, and made our stay amazing. We will definitely go back again!
